The resort seems to be very old, it might have been a nice place but long time ago. The place has a tropical vibe, it’s green, the pool is big (we were unlucky the water was cold), but there are some ruined buildings around and rooms are smelly. When we checked in there was hair in the bathtub and some strains in the bathroom. Everything looked dusty. Customer service is very below average, don’t expect any luggage carrier or anything extra, you’ll have to drag your luggage across the resort and then upstairs yourself (there’s no elevator) , but the price is the same as in the better resorts just across the street. The location is fine, a little bit uphill but it’s not a big deal, 200 -300 meters from the beachfront

Found a big cockroach in the bathroom. Room is not tidied up properly on a daily basis. Also a lot of maintenance is needed (sink was leaking, power buttons were almost falling off the wall). I had no hot water in the shower for a full day. Staff is not very friendly (some of them are but the majority is careless towards guests). Breakfast selection lacks variety. Pools are ok. Cleanliness overall is poor whether in the room or in public areas. I’d call this property a 2, maximum 3 stars hotel.

Absolutely loved this place! A quick walk to the beach, many restaurants, pharmacy, massage places and more. It was amazing! The staff were very friendly and helpful! The rooms were clean and we had a great stay! Would recommend for families.

Breakfast is straight up bad. The hotel is near the beach and amenities. However, it's up hill. Quite tiring to go up and down the hill. Room is big. The balcony is a nice amenity as it allows you to dry your clothes.

The location is very good, right opposite the southern entrance to Karon, it turns out to be in the middle between Karon and Kata, the center with Kata Walking Street is very close and at the same time the place is quiet. The only downside is the location on the mountain, it is difficult to climb... The fact is that this hotel was closed for several years and fell into disrepair. When we took a tour from the locals, they were very surprised to hear the name of our hotel... "Are they working again? Haven't heard for a long time..))) It resumed its work only this year and it is obvious that it has been there for a couple of months. The new owner is trying to restore its former glory, but it is happening slowly. The refrigerator is old, the door does not close tightly. The doors to the balcony do not close, the rollers do not roll and the locks do not work at all. Our room has a connecting door with the next room, it does not close! On the first night, neighbors tried to get in, we had to rearrange the furniture, blocking the door with a table... They cleaned every day, and washed the floors once... The bed and mattress are not bad. Here is a gorgeous pool for Thailand and this location. It is two-level, deep and clean! In general, the territory is green, in front of us they laid grass and planted new trees. There is also a cascading stream, but it has not been launched yet, if they launch everything it will be very beautiful. Yes, until they started the stream in this swamp, frogs croak all night! We thought they would interfere with sleep, but no, we slept well to the natural accompaniment))) Breakfasts were not disappointing, there was everything necessary, fruits papaya, mango, lychee, watermelon, melon, passion fruit ... there was enough of everything, if something ran out, they brought more. The lack of porridge was disappointing, any ... I hope the hotel will rise from the ashes and we will come back here again.

From 03 to 04.01.2025, we arrive at 12, wait until 14:00 for a room, they put us in a delivery cart and bring us to a supposed hotel where the walls are plastered and this building has no sign (I am attaching a photo from the room of this building), we are horrified, we say, go back, we booked and paid for a grand deluxe in your hotel! They bring us back and the hotel offered a room with a real view of the garbage dump, to say that we were shocked is to say nothing! I explain at the reception that you are wrong and the room really is a garbage dump, in response, there are no others, I ask the administration to confirm the cancellation of the reservation, and the answer is we provided you with a room! The attitude is so impudent and rude, I have never seen anything like this! As a result, 2 hours of swearing, a ruined mood and nerves and these inhuman people gave us an excellent room. There is a lot to write about this hotel) for us - a lot of positive things) I'll start with the fact that many write about the climb up the mountain. But in fact, this is not some kind of obstacle, something impossible) of course, for families with strollers and bags from the beach it may be difficult, but nothing more. Also on the topic of repairs - yes, it is currently underway, but it does not affect the quality of rest and service to guests. All the pools are working, the bar too. We were not at all embarrassed by the workers walking around. There is no noise. For families, a note - the kids club is not working now, but there will be something to do at the sea. We were incredibly happy to visit this place, very convenient location, accessibility to various shops, restaurants, cafes and the sea. We wanted to extend, but there are no more places until January 11) now everything will be fixed here, patched up and in general it will be chic! Thanks for the warm welcome!!! We lived in the left building, where the pool has not yet been launched. Very tasty breakfasts, a large well-kept area, three pools, good rooms, cleaning was done every day. There is an inexpensive mini-bar in the room and also a smart home system. Good location, 5 minutes walk to the sea. There is renovation on the territory, but this does not bother, every day the hotel is getting better, they are finishing the renovation and it is 5 stars. We really liked it, we will come back again.

We stayed in November 2024, booked a room ourselves through the website. Upon check-in, it turned out that the air conditioner in our room that we booked was broken, so we were checked into another room (instead of one large bed, two beds). Pros: a beautiful view from the room to the two-level pool, the beds, although single, are wide enough, cleaning every day, they provide sets of towels (beach and for the bath). Cons: lack of good hot water pressure in the shower through the shower head, as well as poor lighting in the bathroom and in the room as a whole, at the central entrance the tap with water did not work in order to rinse your feet after the beach. The hotel grounds are large and beautiful, but at the time of our stay they were renovating, so not all of its territory was open to us, but this did not interfere with our rest. Delicious, quite varied breakfasts (soups, eggs, rice, noodles, desserts, fruits). Karon Beach is a 10-minute walk from the hotel (you have to go uphill from the beach, as the hotel is on a hill). There are many cafes, minimarkets, a park with dinosaurs nearby, where you can walk and relax.

+ Location. Breakfast is more or less normal. Nice pool, deep. - Check-in was supposed to take place at 14:00, we were checked in at 17:30, fed breakfast. They said that there were supposedly many check-ins, they promised at first that they would check us in in 10 minutes (three times), then every hour (twice). In the end, they brought us to a dirty, uncleaned room at 17:00. It turns out that they did not expect us at all. We had to wait another 30 minutes for cleaning. Naturally, they did not clean properly in such a time. All the glass and mirrors were dirty. The toilet was completely yellow. There were a lot of dead insects hanging on the walls. The TV did not work. Only one socket above the refrigerator worked, the other 5 sockets did not work. We asked to fix it, they did not fix it. Well, in general, the staff is trash. They promised an improved room, in the end we got a broken and unrepaired one. They made us really nervous! We lost almost a day to check in. I doubt we would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is excellent, a large, beautiful, well-kept area. Lots of greenery, which is looked after. The rooms are clean and cozy, daily cleaning, the staff is polite. Large, varied, delicious breakfasts, lots of fruit, there is a bar by the pool. Good accessibility to shopping arcades and the sea. The climb to the hotel is not steep, easy to climb and an excellent view of the sea. The hotel was closed for some time, reconstruction and improvement is underway, but this does not interfere with the rest. The hotel is one of the prestigious in Karon, the locals praise it very much. Only once an unpleasant situation occurred, we did not take anything from the paid minibar in the rooms, but when checking out they wanted to charge us for some drinks and food. In the end, the situation was resolved and they apologized, but as it seemed to me, after 30 minutes of arguing, they remained with their opinion and just said goodbye to us. In the end, our stay in this hotel left only positive emotions, we really want to come back here in the future.

Those who booked on Trip.com and Agoda were checked in at 3:50 instead of 2:00. We had to wait for the room to be cleaned for 30 minutes, and finally got to the room at 4:20 pm. Package tourists were checked in immediately and in good rooms on high floors! We were refused. The rooms stink of dampness and mold, the walls are moldy. The rooms are dirty, there is dirt around them, the hallway is dirty, there are no slippers. The air conditioner does not work, it just hums and does not cool. It is impossible to walk from the bathroom to the bed, your feet are black! After a long time standing in the hotel, the floor was not washed, but simply swept. We booked a 2-bed room, 2 adults and an 11-year-old child were checked into 1 double bed, it was a night of torture! The whole family slept on it. I asked to change the room to the second floor because my child has allergic bronchial asthma, but they refused at the reception, they said take the money and leave. As a result, the child developed a high temperature of 39, he was suffocating due to the stale air, the hotel extended the room until 5 pm and made a fruit compliment to the child. Repairs are underway everywhere, flowers and greenery are being planted. The hotel is not ready to receive guests!!!! You can't mock people like that, we spent the night in a garbage dump!
