Ulasan ATour Hotel chengdu Taikoo Li Chun xi

Location is good and central. The description of the room in Trip.com is misleading. It was stated that Superior 2-bed room has window and city view. While there is a window, it has no external city view (internal wall facing). Asked the reception and he said that when booking, we should look at the photo of the room to determine if the windows faced outside with view. Also, it was indicated that there was free takeaway breakfast before 7pm in the room. However, free takeaway breakfast is only available with purchase of breakfast. So, please take note.

Good location, we stay 3days2nights, the staff offer me a free room upgrade to higher level, strongly recommended ! Hotel very near popular IFS Panda, near chunxi lu, 5mins walks to night market and shopping centre.

Good location, very near to the shopping belt like IFS, Taikoo Li.  Like all other ATour, there are night snack every day.

Location is insanelyyyyy good!!! Next to IFS and a bunch of other malls 😩 everything was good no complaints at all. The shower was clean water pressure was good and the mirror /sink basin area was well designed for girls to get ready with heaps of bench space and a adjustable zoom mirror 🙏🏼 something I definitely notice between hotels

Staff is attentive and helpful. Room have all the necessary amenities. Recommended. Will be one of my choice for my next visit to Chengdu

The room is clean and the receptionists are friendly However for those who are very particular in the non-smoking environment, there are some hotel guests who will smoke inside the premises.

Clean and tidy. Warmth welcome. Could be better if some local snacks can be provided.

The hotel room is clean and modern, they also genrrously give refil our mineral water every room make up. The hotel is near IFS mall, making it a walking distance to chunxi road MRT station (~10min, connected with IFS mall).

Location is not bad. 5 minutes to chunxi road. However, we had issues with the air conditioner and ended up opening the window to sleep. Turning on the aircon makes the room warmer despite the correct settings.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially the lady who wear eyeglass and the petite lady. They were both willing to help with taxi calls and museum bookings. I had a payment problem, so I asked staff who wear eyeglasses for help. She was very helpful, but she got reprimanded. I'm not sure if he was a supervisor or colleague. understand this but it would be better if she didn't talk to me with that displeased face and didn‘t blame that staff. After that, I never saw the staff smiling again. It is a pity that the charm of hospitality and service has been lost by those who adhere to the rules more than service and customer satisfaction. You can keep the hotel rules and not disappoint customers with your words. Anyway I really appreciate 2 staff that I mentioned she very have service mind.

Excellent service and good location to Chunxi Road Station

Stayed for 5 nights. Spacious room and love the design on the washing basin is located outside the bathroom. Friendly staffs and night time supper porridge and bakery provided on every days. Value for money.
