This was my second stay here but it was not as good of an experience. Overall the hotel is still good value for the money. However, this time the noise of the garbage trucks at the facility on the west side of the hotel was very loud and woke me up very early in the morning. I was in a similar room as last time but for some reason, there was not much noise. Asking for a quiet room, they really should put you on the back side of Building B, which looks out onto the parking lot. But the most disappointing thing was the check in process. Last time it was relatively quick but this time, it took about 20 minutes, which is excessive. The reason it took so long is that the attendant kept helping other people while completing my check in. This was very frustrating and unprofessional. I will give the hotel another chance but wear earplugs if I am put in Building A again. If that does not work, sadly, I will need to find another option.

因為颱風天又續住了一晚，很滿意的住宿體驗。 酒店工作人員服務周到，可借用酒店的大雨傘。 客服人員敬業，客房收拾的乾淨衞生。 每早的早餐食物新鮮可口。

單獨旅遊去這酒店 房間很乾凈很舒服的！ 還有我衣服帶過去忘記了，後面酒店老闆打電話給我衣服找到了！！！我很喜歡的衣服！ 然後她幫我寄快遞我家！ 服務真棒👍~~！！！

酒店停車很方便，標房房間還是比較大的，洗澡水很大。就是房間在走廊盡頭，一早就有空調機的嗚嗚嗚嗚聲音。

環境很好，很大的一個停車場，很安靜，乾淨衞生，早飯好吃，餐廳是我住過如家裡環境最好的，孩子很喜歡那個個機器人，宵夜老點外賣🤣，窗户確實關不嚴，但是用桌子上那個小卡片摺疊一下墊在窗户開關把手處也完美解決，關嚴了隔音很好，沒拍照片，借圖

房間比我想象的要大些，乾淨整潔，裝修現代，設施應有盡有，周圍商業發達，生活比較方便，停車也沒有問題，餐廳裝修風格典雅，藝術氣息濃郁，早餐品種還過得去，性價比還是很高的，唯一有點遺憾的是入住時工作人員沒有服務到位，辦完手續以後沒有指示電梯在哪裡，早餐在哪裡用以及用餐時間，雖然這些我們也能夠自己解決，不過按照其他酒店的服務標準來看有點小差距，希望以後能改正。

吳中路店服務很好！環境很不錯！很安靜除了離地鐵稍遠一些沒什麼大的缺點！對於去虹橋趕車這些還是很實惠的！很建議嘗試一下。

早餐和多年前住時都一樣可以，整修過後第一次來住比以前更好，主管，櫃檯人員，清潔人員態度都很好，高級房是A棟那邊，商務房是B棟
