Ulasan Peaceful Cottage & Cafe du Mont

The hotel has some nice view (which you can see snow capped mountain range far away). But the sunrise view may not be great since there is another hotel building in the area on the east side which blocks most of the sunset view (so you will see both the sun + building). When we checked-in, there were contruction/renovation going on so we experienced unpleasant smells came into our room (thinner/ concrete smell) and I found that there were lots of dust in the area (in front of our room entrance). Actually the hotel should close that section and not let guest stay in that construction area (because of noise/smells) etc. Also the room cleanliness can be improved including towels, bedsheets, blankets which is not up to standard. Also, the checkout process was very slow even I showed them my booking confirmation & price from email I got when I booked the hotel. But the staff needed to check in their system (web) and the system was down/ slow during that time so i have to wait 20-30 minutes just for that (with no queueing) and I have to keep asking what is going on and why would we have to wait since the staff didn't communicate to us properly about the issue. So it's not a good experience for us.
