Kami baru saja menginap tetapi semuanya berjalan lancar. Proses check in yang lancar dan ramah; kamar yang indah dengan ruang yang bagus, dua kursi berlengan yang nyaman dan pemandangan yang bagus, kamar dan kamar mandi yang sangat bersih. Parkir itu mudah. Restoran yang bagus dengan pilihan menu yang baik. Koki jelas menghormati sayurannya. Melebihi harapan.

入住酒店，小心移花接木。即訂高檔客房，卻降級安排。圖一是預訂客房時的截圖，圖二是入住安排客房。很不誠實，而且拒絕道歉。更難以理解，前後分三張訂單，就被要求三晚均要換房搬家，而且更離奇可笑的是，竟然在酒店房費全額付款且還在入住期間，即將客人物品擅自扔掉，真是入住酒店歷史上的奇葩奇遇！ 如果再來蘭迪德諾，帝國酒店一定是排斥在選擇之外。差錯種種，雖經攜程客服協商給予補償，但由各種離奇問題留下的印象難以消除，而且匪夷所思的是，發生那麼多離奇錯誤，退房時竟然沒有收到酒店方的一句道歉。 當然，凡事禍兮福兮。要感謝帝國酒店低品服務，才促使我們改變行程，提前前往切斯特入住切斯特格羅夫納酒店。 兩家酒店價格相似，但服務意識、服務水平和酒店環境、衞生、設施、餐飲等天壤之別。

是維多利亞時代的建築，老舊了些，但地理位置還是不錯的

還是比較乾淨的 地理位置非常好 出門就是海邊！

Very good service from the friendly staff. Comfortable, clean rooms and lovely communal areas. Great views across the bay and parking was easy.

The room was large, nice bathroom but cold on arrival. We later found out there was a switch in the bedroom to turn the towel rail on. Draughty windows. Dated decor in the bedrooms but the bed was comfy. We wanted a lesuire break but were disappointed by the pool and facilities. If you are a guest, you cant use the changing rooms by the pool. You are expected to go down in a small lift, through the gym area and back passage to the pool. In a robe very small barely covered you. The jaccuzi was full of sand and over it electric wiring a rotted 8 x 4 wooden beam. H&S issue! Breakfast reasonable, We didnt eat dinner in the hotel, as not to our taste. Dessert £10. Over priced hotel, definately not a 4 star.

Absolutely loved everything about this hotel , very clean , pool jacuzzi & fitness part brilliant .Staff were very attentive , friendly nothing was to much trouble they went of there way to make you feel comfortable. Food outstanding, over all had a amazing stay cant wait to return 10 stars and more !!

Perhaps some cosmetic update would benefit this great hotel. We will always keep going back .

The hotel is absolutely beautifully decorated, keeping traditional features with a midern touch. The staff throughout our stay were friendly and nothing was to much trouble. The rooms were spacious and clean, the room was lovely and warm and bright. The food was also really good, we had a lovely stay and will ot hesitate to go back.

Lovely art deco feel. Staff excellent. Room was warm and comfortable. Food and service excellent. We’ll be back

Exceeded expectations, thought would be good, but was superb place to stay, brilliant room, amazing breakfast & really nice bar as well, all good.
