Good hotel in nice location. Spacious and comfy environment

The location and staff of the hotel were great, but the facilities were very outdated. It was disappointing that when I looked out of the window, I could only see the wall, and as soon as I opened the door, the bed was right there, which was regrettable. Due to the fact that there are three hotels with the same name in downtown, it is important to double-check the address and make sure you find the correct one.

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. With regards to the staff, they were helpful and provided what I needed. The only issue I had was that adjusting the temperature of the water in the shower was troublesome, it was either too hot or too cold.

The place is clean and convenient, close to the city & Metro.

Hotel was clean and pleasant, staff are friendly. Location is decent for tourists but the bed and pillows left me a little stiff. Overall great for what I paid, would stay here again
