Decent hotel but not entirely sure that its 5-star rating is totally accurate from my experience. There was some construction work happening nearby so it was fairly noisy during the day. The hotel is situated in a modern area of Egypt with a number of high-end residential areas near by making travelling from one area to another quite aesthetic. The staff were nice and welcoming, however I did spend approximately 3mins ordering in-room dining for them to give me an incorrect order.

這個凱悦是我住過的凱悦裏最差的一個。硬件設施還是不錯的，因為它是新建的。服務和管理和五星級比，還有很大的改進空間。最不能容忍的是給我提供的房間不是一個正常的房間。是套房裡的一個房間。隔音很差，和旁邊的住客就隔一個門。晚上他們説話交流的聲音聽的清清楚楚。我住的那天我衹睡了二個小時，太吵了！大家看看他們佈置的加床！就提供了毛毯和外套。你想用，哼！你得自己套進去。和攜程協商溝通一下，深夜送來被褥，簡直了，被子是被子，外套是外套，你要用還得自己動手。淋浴以後，外面會溢出很多的水，我差點滑倒！因為不是一個標準房間，他們提供的淋浴是讓住客在浴缸裏沖沖，水是外面流了一地。這裏得表揚一下攜程的服務，真的不錯，有問題能積極協商處理。以前國外旅行我用過Booking和agoda。但遇到問題，能認真解決的還是攜程。早餐品種很多，但是感覺並不好吃。酒店裡有星巴克，但是感覺味道和國內比，還是國內的味道好。前台的服務員對待中國人確實不是很耐心。自己的阿拉伯英語説的口音很重，還速度很快。

入住時送上的蘋果汁還不錯
環境好，星巴克便宜但有點難喝哈哈
不好的一點是打掃衞生小哥會直接進門問是否需要打掃🙁建議房間隨手反鎖

這次非洲旅行中最滿意的酒店了！環境一流，性價比超高。
服務： 工作人員很熱情，禮貌問好，帶到房間，特別是前台的Mr. Mohamad，對中國人超熱情的，感受到了善意和由衷的歡迎。
酒店位置很好，位於新區，離金字塔不遠，可以遠眺金字塔，方便安排第二天金字塔的行程。設施新，房間乾淨，現代化。也很安靜。長時間的飛行後在這裏住一晚上真的很重要
有好幾個餐廳，都是高大上的環境強烈推薦來開羅的小夥伴入住這家。

在開羅一眾50年以上的老酒店中較為突出，第一次對工地較吵，等了半天 換了靠泳池房間，安靜。離胡夫金字塔較近，旁邊有Mega Mall, 裏面有家樂福等，很多餐廳，基本800埃鎊吃得很舒服。打車到機場Uber，300埃鎊，去埃及博物館uber,200埃鎊一下。

沒有遇到所謂歧視中國人的現象。前台和其他餐廳的工作人員都非常熱情。房間有一點點味道，但是可以接受。去金字塔不遠。

酒店很新，整體設計很現代，景緻很美，酒店人員都很專業熱情，儘量滿足客人需求。酒店內設有星巴克，外面走路兩三分鐘距離有便利店和簡餐店。早餐食材高檔精緻。wifi也很快。適合度假商務。在酒店還偶遇了中東一線明星Ali Rabee。

史上住過態度最差甚至帶歧視的酒店，一個埃及凱悦能做到前台是中國人一點笑容沒有甚至像欠他們錢，故意不回答問題，説busy沒空然後轉頭笑臉相迎白皮，餐廳更是過分問了我們是哪裡人説china，然後開玩笑説他也是china然後説where is china？ i cant find it，where？連説五六遍？歐洲都沒遇到過這麼惡臭的，前台全部都牛的不得了，第一次遇到離店要一瓶礦泉水，張口五美金前台，我説show me the menu，馬上慫了説一美金！這是凱悦啊？第一天入住給了我最差的房間，沒有露台，吵了好幾次才換成了我定的房型，房間衞生差打掃的不行也不説了，無語！

Newer hotel outside of Cairo in New Giza. Very clean, all staff encountered were friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was delicious.

The Hyatt was a great Hotel in Cairo , clean , quiet and secured. Only downfall was they didn’t have a microwave in their rooms. Overall Great.

My experience was truly amazing! I enjoyed every moment spent in this wonderful place. From the moment I entered, I felt the elegance and luxury that characterize this hotel.
The service team was exceptional in providing hospitality. They were always ready to meet my needs with genuine smiles and attention, they prepared a surprise for me for my birthday and even brought me cake to my room.
The upscale service made my stay unforgettable, and I will definitely return to this fantastic hotel.
The accommodation was spacious and comfortable, with modern decor adding a touch of luxury.
I really enjoyed the heated swimming pool and had the pleasure of discovering a Swedish massage in the spa center at the hotel.
The breakfast at the restaurant was unbelievably delicious, offering a fantastic variety of international and local dishes.❤❤
