The room was nice but far too hot and it is not possible to get the room temperature below 26-27 degrees and the windows are locked. Made it impossible to sleep all night.

Location and the service was great. Room was clean. There was a heating problem as we couldn’t adjust our AC. However the staff did try to accommodate us every chance they got. Overall a fantastic stay and I would stay here again

酒店大廳太氣派了，温度很舒適，購物飲食娛樂應有盡有，一樓餐廳味道很好，種類很齊全，還有咖啡廳，酒店裝修處處用心，拉滿好感度。泳池舒適，還配有Spa和KTV娛樂設施，增加了很多出行樂趣，房間也很乾凈舒，設施非常齊全，床品睡的床品很舒服，房間設施齊全，裝飾豪華典雅，衞生間乾濕分離，洗浴用品品質上乘，用起來舒適又安心。房間的隔音效果極佳，晚上休息時格外安靜，讓我在忙碌的出差行程中也能擁有高質量的睡眠。最值得稱讚的就是服務，Ella服務非常熱情、周到、親切，體驗感非常好。

酒店環境，很好，wendy小姐姐服務非常好，酒店設施非常齊全，服務和設施都不錯的一家酒店，高樓層房間的景觀很舒適，早餐在一樓，種類很多，早上可以吃的很好，性價比真的很不錯。整個房間的傢俱和燈光很舒適，衞生乾淨，體驗感極好，整體入住滿意！

第一次在萬達體會到高標準的服務,,環境很好,周邊有凱德mall。車子剛到門口就有員工主動上前問好,詢問是否需要行李服務,熱情主動的指引停車。剛進入大堂,又有服務員過來幫忙拿行李,太熱情了。前台Bellawang給辦理入住手續，房間安排了.升級,房間景觀特別滿意。

房間乾淨舒適，整體空間佈局很好，設施設備齊全，退房後Ella詢問了入住體驗，房間也很乾凈整潔，裝修風格和燈光調配很舒服，設施完善。前台服務態度親切也很耐心，主動給調了河景房，設施完備，游泳池恆温，環境非常好，水温很適中，非常的滿意，大堂吧環境也不錯！

酒店很好，整個入住過程非常愉快且放心！服務太專業啦！前台辦理入住超快，天使ivy服務非常細緻，提前安排房間，告知早餐用餐時間，有無開車，外賣等一系列問題，非常非常專業。環境超讚，安靜又舒適，房間佈置很有格調，細節處理得很用心。早餐豐富多樣，味道超棒！住在這裏，感覺整個人都放鬆了！設施齊全，床品非常舒服，空調温度適宜，浴室裏各種洗浴用品一應俱全，水龍頭水流大小合適且水温穩定，窗邊座椅欣賞海河，非常愜意。衞生非常乾淨，也能看出酒店用心，浴袍浴巾毛巾潔白無瑕，房間空氣清新，公共區域也非常屬實乾淨。住在這裏，感覺很安心，下次一定還會再來！

這次入住天津富力萬達文華酒店，體驗超棒！酒店位置優越，交通便捷，周邊吃喝玩樂一應俱全。停車還是免費的，很不錯，人性化。踏入大堂，豪華的裝修風格盡顯氣派。客房乾淨整潔，設施先進又齊全，床品柔軟舒適。酒店的服務更是無可挑剔，從前台的熱情接待，到保潔人員的貼心問候，都讓人倍感温暖。sunny還給安排了升級房間，歡迎水果也很用心。5樓有免費的健身房和游泳池，都很不錯。在這裏很舒服，下次來天津還住這裏!

酒店距離機場也很近超級方便，地鐵輕軌都有到酒店的路線，酒店員工也都非常的熱情主動，感覺特別舒心，服務Keith真是特別棒，房間升級到了行政套房，並且贈送了歡迎軟飲。 房間裏面也是乾淨衞生，浴室也是乾濕分離的，床上用品也都特別舒適，被子很輕薄，很舒服。衞生間乾淨整潔，有浴缸，同時也是乾濕分離的，很全面。 酒店的早餐是中西式的自助餐，很豐富，用餐時間也很長，很充足的用餐體驗。 整體感覺非常不錯，還會再來的。推薦五分。

房間整體環境很好，靠近海河，環境很舒適，Ella提前安排了房間，房間空間很大，佈局合理，提前加了床，床品很舒適，設施齊全，維護的很好，環境很舒適，給人很舒服的入店體驗。房間設施很合理人性化，房間大而温馨，整體很滿意！退房後詢問了入住感受，無論是前台和客房服務都很到位，主動幫忙拿行李，送物很迅速，外賣也有機器人送到房間。早餐品種也可以，攤煎餅的大姐很負責，剩一塊涼了不讓我取，快速給我攤了一個新的。總之。非常推薦這家酒店！
