"It’s our last day here and all I can say is that the hotel is a gem hidden amongst the busy market. The staff are incredible special thanks to Win, Marisa and Tongi always smiling and breakfast which is amazing so much to choose from and beautifully presented. The rooms are big and very light. The beds so comfortable. We had no issues with anything. The beach is a few minutes walk and supermarkets outside the hotel everything in close. I was feeling unwell, my husband asked them about medication for me, while he went to get meds Marisa came to see me with fruit and bread and butter. If needed a Dr she can call for me. They were so lovely. We will definitely come back here."

"The room was nice but dated and needs a renovation. The bathroom was pretty poor though with really mouldy shower that leaked all over the floor and a broken toilet seat. The staff however were brilliant at trying to resolve it but unfortunately couldn't so we came to an alternative arrangement, which was appreciated. Long beach is nice but a bit quiet and a boat taxi away from most of the bars and restaurants. That's fine for some so just be aware of that."

Everything works perfectly, and the furniture and fixtures are modern. · Housekeeping and staff. The housekeepers do a great job, the room is always clean. The staff are friendly. · Pool. It's about 1.9m deep – you can actually swim properly, not just stand chest-deep. The water is cool, perfect for hot weather. Cons: · Breakfast. Modest, not much variety. You can get a filling meal, but foodies might prefer to look for options at nearby cafes. Overall: A great option for the price during the off-season. The main advantages are the proximity to the sea and the good pool. I recommend it."

"Saya dengar ini adalah salah satu hotel terbaik di Pulau Phi Phi. Saya naik perahu selama 2 jam dari Phuket ke Teluk Tonsai, lalu naik perahu ekor panjang selama 20 menit hingga akhirnya tiba. Karena air sedang surut, Saya harus berjalan kaki dari pantai. Saya sangat kecewa melihat pantai saat air surut. Air laut menjadi sangat indah setelah air pasang keesokan harinya. Anda dapat mengambil kerang-kerang yang indah setelah air surut. Masih banyak juga pantai lainnya di pulau yang bisa anda tuju dengan sepeda, lebih asyik untuk berpetualang. Kamar-kamarnya adalah kabin kayu kecil dengan kedap suara yang sangat buruk dan toiletnya sangat gelap, yang saya tidak terlalu suka. Saya kehilangan kunci kamar saya di pulau. Resepsionis mengatakan bahwa kuncinya perlu diganti dan dikenakan biaya 1500b. Namun, ketika saya check out di akhir, saya tidak melihat staf datang untuk mengganti kunci. Ini sangat buruk. The house keeping name his name is HONG, is also very welcoming and accommodating, and work responsible. The rooms are clean, and the staff takes good care of the area. I was very pleased sauna and hot pool. The SPA is also very good. JOE, the girl at reception so friendly, and kind. And NANA is the professional massage therapist. Overall, the all staff of hotel deserves high rating, as they work with enthusiasm and responsible. For old people and families with small children might be a little difficult to get around the hotel. But everyone who wants to enjoy solitude, silence, with amazing nature, and fantastic view should definitely come here."

"I honestly don’t understand the number of negative reviews this hotel gets. Our experience was completely different, we had a fantastic stay. The staff was genuinely kind and welcoming, which made everything even better. Yes, the property shows some signs of wear, but that’s normal for beachfront places unless you’re paying for high-end luxury. Considering the price, especially for rooms with a sea view, it actually feels like great value. The view from our room was incredible, the ocean with some greenery in between, peaceful and beautiful at any time of day. The air conditioning worked perfectly (which is essential in Phi Phi), and everything in the room functioned as it should. One thing to keep in mind is that reaching some rooms involves a fair amount of walking, sometimes under direct sun. This can be tiring, especially for people who are not in good physical condition or who are sensitive to heat. It may not be the best option for everyone in that regard. This is not a luxury resort, but it’s a solid, comfortable beachfront hotel that delivers more than fair value for what you pay. Overall, I’d say it’s one of the best options in Phi Phi in its price range, and far more enjoyable than many of the crowded, stuffy places in the center. We had a great time and would definitely stay again."
