The Worst Experience of My Life Please read this to the end. My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. First issue: When we were checking in, we had to stand in line for a long time. It seemed like there was only one staff member at the counter, and no one called customers forward or showed any enthusiasm for service. They just let us stand there waiting. Second issue: My father asked the front desk if we needed to leave our key when going out. The staff responded reluctantly, as if they didn’t even want to answer. Final and most important issue: Before staying here, I strongly advise everyone to check under the pillow for bloodstains. If you find any, report it immediately, or you might be falsely accused. Yes, falsely accused! In our case, my family and I were blamed for a bloodstain under the pillow. However, none of us had any wounds, no one was on their period, and no one was bleeding. If we were bleeding that much, wouldn’t we have gone to see a doctor? Also, the bloodstain was under the pillow—who would deliberately place blood there? The stain was obviously old and dried, meaning it had been there long before we arrived. Yet, the hotel accused us, claiming we had covered it up with the pillow. How does that make any sense? Where else are we supposed to place the pillow? I have never stayed in such a terrible hotel before. It is absolutely not worth the price. Who knows how many customers they have scammed like this? 1,000 THB is not an issue—we can afford it. But we refuse to accept such unfair treatment. This incident proves how poor the hotel’s cleanliness is. The room smelled musty, and the bedsheets were full of old bloodstains. Disgusting!

The next day after check-in, 14,000 baht of the money stored in the safe was stolen, and my party in the next room stole 10,000 baht. I didn't want to ruin the trip, so I was just about to forget it, but a few days later, another 10,000 baht was stolen, and the group in the next room kept the money somewhere else without putting it in the safe, so the money was not stolen. This hotel I've used many times, and I've never had any money stolen before, and I was extremely angry that it was stolen twice in a few days, not once. I thought about ending my trip and conducting CCTV checks and police reports to catch the culprit. It seems to be the work of a hotel insider, but even if I talked to the hotel, it was impossible to cooperate, and it seemed difficult to go back and forth between the police station during a short trip, specify the amount of stolen money, and recover the money from the criminal, and I didn't want to ruin the trip of my party together, so I calmed my anger and gave up the stolen amount. The person who stole it would have stolen only a part of it because he knew that if he stole all the money from the safe, things would get bigger. What really got angry was that he stole it twice, not once. Even now, I think a lot about whether it was a good thing to finish the rest of the itinerary without ruining it.

The hotel was quiet and the breakfast was good. They asked for a 2000 BHATT cash deposit. The hoo Would not take a credit card. Make sure to keep your receipt or you might not get your deposit back. Close to shops, food and Walking Street.

The location is very good, within walking distance of Walking Street. It is a private and quiet hotel. The facilities are new and the rooms are spacious.

Great clean modern room. Small balcony usefull only for a single smoker. There were big refrigerator and kitchen space but no kitchen utensils at all (no microwave, no dishes).

Good location and quick check in

I think location is excellent. Near to walking street and there is a small shopping mall just opposite. Many food around. But the hotel feels a little uncomfortable. It was almost empty because we went for breakfast and it was just me and my friend. We went in out several times we never seen anyone checking in at counter. There is quite a bit of walk at the hallway to our room, and during the night the light was deemed and staircase light was off but door was opened, so a little creepy. Room was damn big… but it just feels a bit scary haha…

The price and service is fair. I don’t want to stay this hotel again but room was clean. Actually good hotel.
