First day pa lang they have a very accommodating staff. The room is spacious good for family talaga. Complete din sa amenities. Pati foods nila masarap din. Sobrang lapit lang din sa burnham park pwede walk. Dami rin mabibilhan sa labas mga murang resto, samgyup, drigstore, coffee shop, pizza, and everything.

It was a nice experience staying at this hotel. But suggest to get a blackout curtain instead during noon time when the sun is hitting directly at the room to lessen the heat

The location is okay, but due to the nature of Baguio, there are many hills, so it is difficult. The service wasn't bad, The hill view is pretty. It's generally clean

Excellent ratio quality Price. Beautiful view from our room 201 on the city. Quiet place as a Little outside main Road. Quick access to central parc and food market, very efficient to help us find a car and a driver to visit Sagada. Nice food at the Quoted restaurant. Can only highly recommend.

My family stayed Dec 9 to 11,2022 and arrived at V Hotel around 6:30pm.That time Guest Service attendant who checked in us was very welcoming and helpful together with her supervisor Noralyn.As a hotelier who worked in a hotel and cruises as well;i've always purposely test hotel staffs every time my family stayed in a hotel here in Philippines and overseas, about their service.Surprisingly all the Staffs whom i encountered in V Hotel have a high level of service excellence. * ask for adaptor eventhough i have, with in 5 minutes it arrived in my room *inform them that theres no wifi connection in my room,within 3 mins Diana came to settled my wifi. *called FO and HSKPNG i hrared only 1 phone ring and they attend to my calls right away. Will definitely comeback here.
