"Overall, our stay was okay. The room was clean and quiet, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location was excellent—right in the heart of the city, which was very convenient. However, we experienced an issue with the room window leaking whenever the rain and wind became strong. We understand that the weather was particularly bad during our stay, but unfortunately, water continued to enter the room despite the staff placing towels around the window and wiping the floor. I hope the hotel can properly address and fix this issue for future guests."

"Pleasantly Surprised! A Great Family Stay We stayed at Inn Rocio from July 6 to 8, and it exceeded our expectations. As a family, we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the family room, which gave us plenty of space to move around comfortably. The amenities provided were great and met all our needs. What really stood out was the exceptional customer service. The staff warmly accommodated us from check-in to check-out and made us feel truly welcome. Additionally, the location is wonderfully quiet, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. We highly recommend Inn Rocio for families looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay in Baguio. "This hotel is really terrible, and I strongly advise all foreign travelers not to choose this place. They deliberately assign rooms with excessive noise to foreign guests. My room was right next to their kitchen's exhaust duct, and there was noise exceeding 70 decibels from late at night until after 11 p.m., and it started again around 5 a.m. The entire room was shaking, making it impossible to sleep. When I complained to the staff, they just gave me a brief, insincere apology. But in reality, they are aware of the problem with this room and are deliberately assigning it to foreigners."

"This was my third visit to Baguio. My first and second stays were at SotoGrande Baguio, but this time I decided to try something different. For both, my main criterion was an outdoor heated pool. While the pool at SotoGrande was somewhat usable, the one at Newtown Plaza felt more like a pool meant to be looked at from the restaurant. It's not really for swimming, or at least it seems a bit difficult to use. Newtown Plaza seems to have more history and their buffet is quite popular. However, since I really want to use a pool even in cold Baguio, I might just go back to SotoGrande next time!"

"Okay. Let's start with the positives: Hotel Veniz is accessible, has parking, friendly staff, good amenities like a TV, WiFi (not so fast 8mbps max), air conditioning and a refrigerator. They have buffet breakfast! Negatives: Coffee cups are not thoroughly cleaned. It's advisable that you bring your own paper cups. Second, shower is too small. When we were there, the elevator frequently broke but this is okay because I'm super into fitness. Anyway I guess this is par for the course because the rates are super low for a room with buffet breakfast and a great location. Overall 3/5 for me."

"We requested for king sized bed but given two double beds instead. We felt the hardwood floors needed some mopping. Our room was equipped with a portable airconditioner and we were surprised it was enough for the room to be chilly! Outside weather was cool but it wasnt as windy so we needed to use the air cooler. Had to request for some bathroom towels (hand, floor towels)"

The location is conveniently close to tourist attractions, particularly Burnham Park, and our room offered a beautiful view of SM Baguio, especially when framed by the fog. One minor downside is that without transportation or mobile service, the uphill walk can be quite steep and physically demanding, especially in the cold weather, though it certainly makes for a good workout. Overall, it was a pleasant stay."

Room is very clean, but quite small and congested, my room is on the road side, pretty noisy the whole day; at night could be a little bit better; 3.
