Karena kami bepergian dengan anak kami dan melihat ada tempat tidur sofa, kami memutuskan untuk memesannya dengan berpikir itu mungkin berguna.
Setelah check in, saya menemukan bahwa kamar tidak sesuai dengan deskripsi dan gambar. Karena sudah malam, saya terlalu malas untuk pindah kamar. Ternyata AC di kamar rusak. Saya menelepon resepsionis terlebih dahulu (saya bisa berbahasa Jepang), dan resepsionis mengatakan bahwa AC di lantai lima dan enam rusak dan sedang diperbaiki. Diperkirakan akan diperbaiki dalam waktu setengah jam, dan mereka menolak untuk mengganti kamar untuk kami di lantai lain.
Saya melaporkan masalah yang saya temui ke Ctrip dan sedang menunggu hasilnya.
AC sudah diperbaiki sebelum saya tidur, tetapi pada tengah malam suhunya terlalu rendah dan saya menemukan bahwa AC rusak lagi. Saya mengambil foto dan melihat bahwa AC masih rusak keesokan paginya.
Keesokan harinya, kami memberi tahu Ctrip tentang situasi tersebut dan hotel menanggapi bahwa mereka bersedia menyediakan minuman gratis sebagai kompensasi. Saya hanya bisa mengatakan bahwa mereka adalah pengusaha yang tidak bermoral dan terlalu malas untuk menimbulkan masalah ketika mereka berada di luar negeri. Saya memberikan ulasan yang buruk dan berharap teman-teman saya akan menghindarinya!
Tidak apa-apa jika harganya lebih dari 3.000 selama musim puncak, tetapi bahkan jaminan dasar pun tidak dapat dipenuhi. Jangan pesan, jangan pesan, jangan pesan!

Di pemandian ini terdapat banyak sumber air panas yang kabarnya mengandung belerang dan lain sebagainya. Sangat nyaman untuk berendam di sana.
Ada juga kolam renang, panjangnya 25 meter, dan Anda harus mengenakan pakaian renang. Tutup pukul 22:00 malam.
Namun, Anda perlu memperhatikan saat melakukan reservasi: makanan dibagi menjadi dua kategori berbeda: makanan set dan prasmanan. Perbedaan harga reservasi tidak besar, tetapi perbedaan harga tunai cukup besar. Sikap pelayanan resepsionis kurang baik

Memesannya sementara, saya pikir ini hotel baru. Tapi terlalu kecil🤣, ruangannya super kecil, aliran air showernya tidak kencang, dan suhu airnya tidak stabil. Yang terpanas tidak terlalu panas. Lokasinya cukup strategis, bisa jalan kaki ke pusat kota.

This hotel is a must especially if you’re going during the Sapporo Yuki Matsuri (Snow Festival). Susukino and Odori site are only few blocks away and the Tsudome site is only a subway ride away. It’s super close to the subway station and it’s also close to Nakajima Park where you can play in the snow. The Susukino site is a very lively place with plenty of shops and restaurants.

Hotel Courtyard by Marriott Sapporo in Hokkaido has a huge parking lot, ensuring there's enough space for you to park your vehicle. Being a new hotel, its facilities are all very new and clean. If there's a chance, I'll definitely recommend it to my friends.

Wow talk about a disappointing stay - probably one of the most disappointing stays I've ever had in a Marriott hotel.
TDLR:
- Front desk prioritizes weird operation procedures over customers by not letting friends with different rooms check-in separately and also lack of care on disgusting and unhygienic room.
- Bedsheets were unhygienic (another tldr: there was a HUGE blood stain on the sheets - warning, it's gross)
- Hospitality service was not up to par at ALL.
Firstly, when we checked in, there were two receptions at the counter, one was helping us and another helping my friends that we were travelling with. Our front desk asked whether we were all travelling together, so I said yes. She then said, “you can all check in together then” in which I replied “we have different bookings, different rooms”. She continued to tell us to check in together so I complied. The front desk that was helping our friends were clearly new and there were some complications with their booking. This whole time I was waiting for my friends to continue their check-in, while the front desk that helped us in the beginning was simply typing away at her computer. After 30 minutes, my friends were finally done and were able to go to their room…turns out we haven’t been checked in yet and the front desk had to now do ours. Which was another 10-15 minutes, while we could’ve already checked in if our original lady had helped us. Most ridiculous part was, our original front desk started helping other people check in while we were waiting for our friends to finish…. What kind of operations procedure is this to make the customers wait without reason and to help others first? Our friends and I weren’t even on the same floor or given rooms next to each other…so why did we wait?
Finally, when we got into the room. As we were going to bed, we noticed a huge dried blood stain on the sheets near the pillow. The stain was under the covers and under a thin lining on top of the bed. Pic attached - t’s honestly quite hard to miss. As it was already 2am we decided to lay a towel on it and sleep instead because we knew it’d take a long time for housekeeping to come and we were already tired and in PJs. So next morning we told the front desk and the first and only response was to help us change the bed sheets. Didn’t offer for us to change rooms. Fine. We were in a hurry to go out, we left it at that. When we came back, I made it a point to tell the reception again about how unhygienic that was finding blood on our bed, and considering this is a relatively new hotel (well new or not) this is a pretty grave mistake and not to mention GROSS and super UNHYGIENIC. The front desk gave the same “we’re so sorry. This shouldn’t happen. I’ll make sure to tell housekeeping this doesn’t happen again. I’m sure they’ve changed your bedsheets since.” Nothing else. Didn’t offer to check whether it HAS been changed or not. And after I went back to the room, I realized the front desk guy didn’t even ask me for my room number??? So how much did he actually care about the situation!??! And guess what? They literally only changed the bedsheets and nothing else. Not even the pillow cases (I know because I had previously put a 1-time pillow case cover on my pillow and it was still there when I returned)
Honestly. I’ve always enjoyed and usually pick Marriott hotels as I’m also a Bonvoy member but this is a seriously upsetting and disappointing stay. Dried blood bedsheets are something that’s so disgusting that even some motels are better than this. Also the lack of care of the customer in the service makes this 100000x more disappointing.
