The hotel is very convenient. Walkable to Tanukikoji Shopping Street, Odori Park, and Sapporo TV Tower in less than 10 minutes.

We got a complimentary upgrade to a large room with more amenities like washing machines and a simple kitchen. It was a nice surprise and we truly enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent - convenient to the main shopping area with plenty of F&B choices. The sound insulation is good and we didn’t hear any noise ate late night. The bathing area is nice and clean. We highly recommend this hotel.

Convenient store just next to the lobby, and excellent location to the walking street. Hotel also includes the hot spring service where it is so comfortable and worth to be your choice to stay here

Very good location. A lot of restaurant near the hotel. But the height of the pillow is too low.

The room is comfy but the bed frame is dirty, stained by coffee.

There's no connecting rooms so they placed us next to each other. Room was rather small. If u require toiletries, u will need to collect from lobby. Room does not have any. So u have to take daily before u go to your room.
