The staff are friendly. But the rooms are not cleaned. Our room has shattered/broken glasses on the carpet, good thing my son was not hurt! We immediately reported and demanded that they vacuum and clean. Aside from that, no other compensation was given to us, but good thing my kids weren't hurt.

Service was so good. Staffs are friendly and approachable. The room is tidy and clean. My daughter loves it. The food is good too.

The room was spacious but the toilet and bath was a bit rusty. They served Filipino food for breakfast and the buffet spread was good. Our room was overlooking Taal Volcano and the scenery was nice. The staff were friendly and they always greet us with a smile.

I initially booked a room for two with a lake view but later added a third person, necessitating an extra bed. The hotel clearly explained the additional fee of 1,500 pesos, which covered accommodation and breakfast for the third guest. The check-in process was smooth and convenient, and there was ample free parking available. The early morning view of Taal Lake was absolutely stunning, and the breakfast was sumptuous. I highly recommend this hotel for family travelers.
