There is no reception to help you to check in or check out. We do not know Germany, it is difficult to use the translation to fill in the form to complete the self-help check in. The room has everything you need to cook. It is very useful. There is no cleaning or rubbish bags. We need to clean the place and even to mop the house.

Very small room. No iron or ironing board. It takes a long time to fill in your details when checking in. Not very clean. Comfortable bed. There is a kitchen

The login terminal closes after 22pm this isn’t written anywhere I wasted 85€ for this ****

Chambre insalubre, moisissure dans la douche, défaut électrique sur les spots, robinet défectueux, insectes présents dans la chambre et dans la douche, pas de gel douche, porte extrêmement lourde difficile pour une personne handicapé, présence de toiles d'araignées et interrupteur salle de bain défectueux. A fuir malgré une apparence sympathique !!

桌子很髒地板也髒，廁所有殘留頭髮，焗爐有上一位住客留下來的烤雞皮，感覺就是員工很趕忙換床單隨便看過就讓下一位入住 房間沒空調，我又比較矮，手夠不了窗戶開不了窗，只能開門跟開廁所的抽氣扇通風了 第一晚我坐在房間的沙發上吃飯，坐了一會渾身都癢，之後都把桌子拉到床邊坐在床上吃飯 我自己重新把桌子用具都擦一遍才比較好 不是我住過最差的，但肯定不是好的 優點是近鐵路站，就算比較晚回去街上仍有人流，算比較安全的區域

Pulizia da migliorare ma nel Complesso appartamento molto nuovo e carino. Unica cosa manca un tavolino con delle Sedie. La posizione ottima super servita anche dai mezzi pubblici. Parcheggio auto a pagamento vicinissimo super comodo.

感覺酒店很棒，很乾凈衞生，距離地鐵站很近，周邊就是繁華的街區，有着各自小吃和集市超市。

숙박은 좋으나 주차장이 없어요,, 요리하기도 애매합니다 연기감지기가 있어서 소방관들 옵니다.. 잠은 잘잤어요..

Nice place to stay. Good facilities area was quite cosmopolitan which we liked. Good Parking is available locally for 10euro 24hrs. Good place to stay

The property is a mile from the train station. Two metro stops. Check in is a pos terminal with an agent who speaks poor English.

Convenient location and a comfortable base. The small kitchenette was fine for drinks/breakfast, and the living area means there is somewhere to relax rather than just sitting on the bed. The check in process is very easy, and the property was easy to find. There are shops and an underground station not far away. The only downside is that there are no curtains or blinds in the property, so you feel very exposed when changing as the property over the road can probably see in.

J'ai eu une mauvaise expérience avec cet hotel qui préfère ne pas embaucher des personnes pour faire le check in et de mettre une automate et une ligne help desk à la place. Puisque j'ai réservée via opodo j'ai pas eu le numéro de réservation de l'hotel que je dois introduire dans l'automate pour faire le checkin. Donc je me trouve bloquée avec ma famille. J'ai appelé le monsieur du help desk il m'a dit qu'il connait pas opodo et que je dois les appeler pour me donner le numéro. J'appelle opodo ils n'ont pas non plus le numéro. Le mr du help desk refuse de me fournir le numérp pour faire le check in et après plusieurs tentatives avec lui il m'a demander de lui transférer mon email de confirmation de la réservation pour vérifier. Finalement il m'a laissé entrer et faire le check in. L'apart est grand mais sale. Il n'y a pas de service de nettoyage comme pour d'autres hôtel apart. L'emplacement est excellent , à proximité des commerces, gares , arrets de tram/metro ...
