I might be the first Thai guest to stay here! The hotel is absolutely amazing it has a large gym, a hot pool, a regular swimming pool, and a sauna, all free to use all day. On the 64th floor, you can enjoy coffee and desserts while taking in panoramic views of the surrounding skyscrapers. On the 80th floor is the legendary Atmosphere Bar, which offers a daily happy hour from 6 PM to 8 PM for in-house guests. The location is very convenient, with a direct walkway from the hotel through a luxury mall to the subway station. The staff provide excellent service and speak good English. I’ll definitely stay here again next time!

There isn't much to say, the Hotel is superlative, with a 360-degree great view over Beijing. It is luxurious and elegant without being boastful. The service, staff, food, and everything else are outstanding. The experience is worth the price.

The hotel is super located in the city center. Very clean, friendly and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and everyone speaks English and is very supportive. The Chi Spa is amazing, a wonderful opportunity to treat yourself. The breakfast at Grill 79 is healthy and various. Only few floors away is the Athmospere bar, where you can enjoy unique coctailes and live music.

Amazing amazing hotel . First off they have a sunset happy hour between 6-8 in the evening and it really is amazing you get a selection of nice food and drinks . Breakfast was amazing , free none alcoholic drinks and sandwiches on the 64th floor , the service is as good as I have had anywhere else and they let me have a late check out as well as choose the side I wanted to see for views. Last but by no means least is Renee , speaks excellent English and gave really professional exceptional friendly customer service . Great location good value for money and exceptional services

Second time check in, A good hotel and feel better than last tine

Great hotel with very nice service! I love staying here. What amazed me the most were very polite and pleasant ladies at reception named Ms. Wilda and Ms Camellia. They helped me a lot with explaining different things about staying in Beijing. They were also caring about what I was going to wear on next day asking me to put more warm closes due to cold weather. I'll deffinetly come back again. Thank you!

Her professionalism and warm demeanor made the departure seamless and enjoyable. My one-night stay at the hotel was simply delightful. The health spa facilities were absolutely fabulous. The pool and changing rooms were impeccably clean, creating a hygienic and inviting environment. I thoroughly enjoyed indulging in some well-deserved pampering and rejuvenation. As for the room service breakfast, it was nothing short of fabulous. The delectable food delivered right to my doorstep was a delightful way to start the day. The attention to detail and quality of the meal exceeded my expectations. Very fancy hotel in great location. Our room was high up and we had amazing view of the city, as well as the sunrise. We enjoyed the happy hour deal as well, but unfortunately weren’t able to see the sunset as clearly because of the windows. The food provided at the hotel was not good, but atleast looked pretty.

Convenient location, close to transport and shops; room is a bit small; complimentary afternoon tea and early evening happy hour; attentive and friendly staff; not as new as we have expected; pricy compared to other 5-star hotels.
