Bangunannya padat, kotor dan tidak menyenangkan meskipun lokasinya sangat bagus. Lift juga membutuhkan antrean karena hanya memiliki ruang yang cukup untuk jumlah penumpang yang sedikit. Saya memiliki pengalaman yang mengerikan di rumah tamu. Yang juga sangat mengecewakan adalah pelayanannya. Saya harus memindahkan koper besar saya menggunakan tangga karena tidak ada lift di lantai itu, dan petugas bahkan tidak menawarkan bantuan. Kamarku kecil dan tidak rapi. Anda sebaiknya membawa perlengkapan mandi sendiri karena mereka tidak menyediakannya. Pastikan Anda mengemas adaptor internasional sehingga Anda tidak mengalami masalah saya karena stopkontak di sana tidak cocok untuk semua gadget. Saya harus kembali ke resepsionis utama yang ada di lantai berikutnya dan mereka tidak dapat memberi saya adaptor tetapi sebaliknya staf mengatakan kepada saya untuk membelinya sendiri di lantai bawah seharga 10 hkd. -0000.0/10 lol

Ini bukan hotel tapi kamar dalam kondisi buruk. Hanya hal yang baik adalah lokasinya

Nice people who the run the place, and the rooms are what you would expect at the Chungking Mansions. The beds are comfortable enough, there is hot water, and the internet works. Of course, the location in TST is perfect too. The experience was fine overall, and it tends to be the most affordable place in the building.

The perfect place to be for a short stay. More clean than other places.

Staff are very nice. Good location. Spacious room and clean. Affordable. Recommended for travelers in Hong Kong.

Two words – **** hole. Horrible place. Awful service. Terrible conditions. First, the name doesn’t match. It’s called Everest Hostel, not New Guangzhou Hotel. Careless and sluggish receptionist refused to provide me the room I booked and fully prepaid a week ago, saying they don’t have other rooms and he can only cancel my booking. Instead I was given a smaller room of a different type, where everything was either broken or poorly working and shabby/dirty. Customer service couldn’t contact the “hotel”, they simply didn’t pick up. ¥500 for several hours of a nightmare…

Just don't go here.

Good place

The New Guangzhou Guest House claims located at 13f while the check in at combined location at 14f. The SE Asian staff just arrange a room at 14f under Everest motel which is sticky floor and torn sheet, the bed is 0.8m-0.9m AND NOT as state 1.2 m double bed. Saying there is only single bed room available at 13f. The TVset volume is out of function, loud sound from water pipe continues until mid nite. Cannot sleep all over the night. Check out at next early morning. There are other chained budget motel at nearly pricing range. Dun even try to order the same chained motel again.

Very loud. But good enough to get some sleep in the airport.
