The hot spring is very small and the food is just normal. The room is also small.

The staff is very friendly and helpful Very convenient location. Will stay there again

Booked at high price but they dropped price when closer to check in date, hotel unable to give the new price and charged me for higher rate, pretty unfair that I paid more than others. Suitable for who driving , not close to JR train. Room as standard dormy inn which we happy with.

All good. It’s only that the breakfast price posted by Trip.com is incorrect. End up have to pay more at the hotel. Not so good.

Location: Very good, close to New Chitose Airport. Hygiene: Very good. Service: Free ramen offered from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM Hot Spring Spa: Nice and clean

Decent hotel with all the necessities! Bonus were the in-house onsen (only public ones). Front desk were very attentive to cater to our needs (extra pillows!). Coffee were from from 10am onwards till late. Would recommend!

這家多米設施確實顯舊了一些，不過地理位置還行，窗景不錯，樓下吃飯的地方多，晚上海邊走走挺舒服，總體來説還可以。

設施：頂樓有天然温泉，室內室外都有湯，也有桑拿房，泡完湯可以一邊看漫畫一邊享用免費的養樂多和冰激凌。户外湯池拍攝於無人場合 服務：每晚提供蕎麥麪夜宵，非常貼心了。就是入住期間是不提供每日打掃的，所以愛乾淨的人衹能自己收拾收拾。 環境：周邊就是商業街，吃飯非常方便。酒店整體環境也不錯，復古但乾淨。非常多日本本地客人入住。

房間很温馨，舒適，但是行李箱有些難展開 苫小牧這個地方，天然有種親近感，下次希望能多待幾天 酒店距離jr站步行10分鐘左右 天然温泉樽前之湯-酒店入住客人均可免費使用 3月的淡季來這裏，晚上泡澡居然包場，但是可能因為是淡季的價格，晚上免費的拉麪和養樂多是沒有的。 酒店不遠就是景町橫丁，居酒屋飯店都很多，推薦成吉思汗烤肉

很棒的溫泉飯店，宵夜拉麵及早餐，料理的很用心很好吃，下次再到北海道想帶著家人一同入住，房間格局有隱私感住著很溫馨，太喜歡了。

객실시설은 비교적 깨끗했으며 작지만 노천온천이 인상적이었으며 조식뷔페 또한 아주 만족스러웠습니다 야식국수도 꼭 즐겨보세요. 자체주차장이 있어서 편리했어요.

多美的服務質素很好，有天然室內、露天溫泉♨️，還有9:30-11:00pm免費又好吃的宵夜拉麵，房間不大，附近很多餐廳！近海邊多海鮮
