Hotel is in greenbelt area which is walking distance to major malls. The room is sufficiently big for 1 pax and would be perfect for 2 pax. Comfortable bed, only thing is that the pillows are thin and uncomfortable which gave me a slight headache next day. Sufficient amenities. The staff are very friendly and approachable. I wish there is a section for halal food thus I couldn't eat at their breakfast buffet. Overall, recommended place to stay in Manila

Nice clean linens, strong water with heater, sparkling clean including swimming pool, had a very good breakfast surely comeback

We had an amazing experience at New World Makati Hotel. The staff were incredibly accommodating and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Makati—and the facilities were clean, modern, and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. We had a comfortable stay for a night. The location is accessible to many shopping malls and restaurants. Room is very spacious. We were given a complimentary upgraded room . We would love to stay again in the future.

New World Makati is a solid high-end hotel with great service and location, but Peninsula and Raffles offer a more refined, luxurious experience if you're seeking top-tier comfort and prestige.

Love staying at New World Makati. Already my 3rd time. Just across Greenbelt 3. Walking distance to Landmark. Shops and restaurants are very accessible. Clean and safe with courteous staff. Variety of food at breakfast.

Just a normal type of 5 star old hotel with few amenities. Check in process was very late. Friendly staff and had a good breakfast. Lots of choices.
