I love the hotel for the rich and intense French style design resonated from the Kdrama fantasy. Everything was perfect except the staff at the reception on 6th floor who had done my check-in at my arrival. She was sitting at the desk and paid no attention to my request prior wanting a room where to near the lift location. As well it was hard to missed her snobbish attitude shown during my checking in and sorry to say that, she is unfriendly and almost a ***** to me. At the situation checking counter is located on 6th floor above the building entrance. Operator should have given further assistance for guests. Checking out again, the different female reception who was also at the desk could had given more help to my luggage travel down to front entrance on ground floor while but she only wanted my check out done in quickly had nothing more to offered. Cold and unfreindly. Everyone else, the doorman, the male staff, the male concierge , the cleaners are friendly in general. I really suggest the hotel manager to take a review of some female staff at reception.

This hotel was lovely and pretty. Giving the vintage vibe. It's also so near to attractions places. Near to myeongdong, namdaemun, shinsegae department store anyway it's just so convenient. I would also want to give a shout out to those who work on the date of 20th to 22th for all your services it's a pleasure for your hardwork and hospitality. Keep yourself warm in this winter season. Just a feedback that my request was not entertain and there is no reply to it when I was checking in so its a little disappointing. Overall it's wonderful.

It was such a bitter sweet experience in this hotel. It’s such a beautiful hotel but the staff are not very helpful, cool attitude…breakfast is ok, but limited choices. Overall, the experience wasn’t anything fancy or luxurious, the previous hotel we stayed before moving to this hotel was way better and cheaper!

Nice decorations and vibe, the receptionist speaks English quite well, and the location is close to metro station.

Charming hotel in a great location. Short walk to Meoungdong shopping street. Rooms are huge. Amazing breakfast. Staff is courteous and professional. Especially wanted to thank the concierge team including George for helping us with our luggage, booking a taxi for trips to various sites and the airport.

Not as good as it looks in photo, but still different from other hotel

Very helpful front desk services and polite staff. They all speak fluent English and communicate well. The room is spacious and clean.

A great spot, very central and quality accommodation. George, the concierge, did a terrific job assisting us. The reception team were more hit and miss. It was difficult getting a table for breakfast for four of us when two didn’t want to be eat. Also, they may not check you out if the silly rooms keys they have are left in your room. Overall, a good place to stay.

Excellent location and fantastic service. I would like to stay again when I visit Seoul.

Good location, very unique hotel with great customer services in

Hotel was beautiful and everything was intricately designed and pictures don’t do it justice. They gave us complimentary chocolate for our anniversary! Bed and pillows were soft. Toilet was huge and I enjoyed the bathtub. Gym was clean and had a nice design and equipment efficient and sufficient. 10 min walk to Myeongdong (we also took the subway one stop) and 15-20 min walk to namsan cable car via glass elevator. The traditional market was also right behind the hotel and mall next door. Very good shopping location. Hotel was near the subway station, and the nearest exit was connected to the shinsagae mall food basement (I think it was exit 7). The subway elevator to this exit was not obvious so may not be easy for guests with big luggage (there was one flight of steps coming up from the platform). From the station exit instead of walking up the slope to the hotel you can take an escalator inside the police station across the road/ pedstrian crossing (but closes at 10pm). Take lift up to the check in reception.

The hotel was clean but unfortunately the service standards were lacking.

That’s the best experience ever and thankful to the manager Tony Kim who made extra mile to create a wonderful atmosphere at the hotel as at home☺️ Recommend to book suite room because it is worth and it is big and great facilities and you can look at N tower and of course lunge benefits which worth having it during the stay The breakfast and happy hour in the evening lounge is great and so delicious praise to the Chef Cleanliness is top. HSKp is the best. The concierge downstairs outside of the entrance is a nice and very helpful. Recommended.

My fair review: I selected this hotel for the bathtub, room size and good location near Myeongdong (walking distance of one train station away). When I arrived, I was impressed by the pleasant hotel scent, the decor of its public areas and my room with the huge tub. And Natura Bisse toiletries too. But over my nine-day stay, I noticed my floor was not vacuumed (my leftover dinner crumbs were.. left over for two nights, accidental litter on the floor were also not picked up) and twice I found hair in the bathtub. One time was even after a request to the hotel to deep clean my room. This is the only hotel that I requested to change my bed sheets four times in 8 nights, cos I was itching and one day woke with an insect bite on my arm. The couch made my butt itch too, until I got them to vaccum mom it. But their service recovery was pleasant enough, and I got sincere apologies from the managers. Would I stay there again? Yes but in future I will make sure I give feedback promptly on their cleanliness instead of keeping it till the last few days of my tour!
