Host family is FANTASTIC. Great energy and kind people. We felt at home and safe. Super helpful. Room and bathroom were clean. We had a great balcony with afternoon sun. Walking distance to all bars, restaurants and sights in Ohrid. Parking is a bit limited in the street, but we managed. I give this place 10/10 and I would come back any day. Thank you for this wonderful stay.

When another property cancelled last minute, I booked us for one night here. I'm so very glad that I did! From the moment we arrived we were treating like friends and valued guests. Our host parked our car in the narrow but secure driveway (and also offered us street parking, if that had been our preference), offered a welcome drink and helped with the bags. He lent us a travel book and a map to use during our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable and bright and the shower had lots of hot water. We were able to do laundry (for an extremely small fee) and they even hung the clothes on the line to dry so that we could enjoy our time in town, without worrying about coming back to do the laundry! The location was perfect, on a quiet street, just steps from the lake's promenade. We didn't have to rush in the morning to move the car while we enjoyed some final touring in the morning and were even given a gift upon departure.

Very nice guest room hotel. Owners were very sweet and helpful, even lending us a local map and guide book. We were greeted like old friends and had a lovely conversation upon arrival. Directions and recommendations were cheerfully provided. They even mailed our postcards after we left them with them (and provided photos as confirmation!). Be forewarned: parking can be tricky, but the owners helped us out there by lending us a local parking pass. Be advised: They only accept cash, but an A** is a short walk away. Highly recommended.
