Kaila Krizantem Hotel

We have now been back for a week after staying here for 10 days. I came alone with my 3 children and we had an absolutely amazing time. Firstly our rooms were amazing! We were in the main reception block with views out to sea and to the main activity pool. The hotel made sure our rooms were next to each other. We were on the 3rd floor. The room was spotless, the cleaner came in every day and was more than helpful. The restaurant served foods for most peoples taste. They don’t cater as much for brits but I’m sure with more of us going they would do so more. That being said there was never a meal any day you couldn’t find anything to eat. There are 3 pools, the one was by the restaurant which I didn’t use but my son did and he said this is the deepest pool. The main activity pool is noisy with lots going on but also some calm at intervals throughout the day. The slide pool was my favourite as it was smaller and a bit quieter. Beware of the sun beds directly opposite. You will get soaked!!! The entertainment team did their very best to keep everyone entertained and happy and I would like to say a special thanks to Typhoon who made me and my children feel very welcome and even took me to the pharmacy for some drops for my eye that got infected (nothing to do with hotel). I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and the front office manager who were absolutely lovely and really cared about us all being happy. I even received a free polo shirt as a gift from the owner :) The beach is amazing although you can’t get all inclusive alcohol on there. That’s payable at extra cost. All of the staff work so so hard and do so many hours! They were all a pleasure, from cleaners to bar staff to waiting staff to the entertainment team. The only down side to the holiday is the transfer time from the airport which isn’t the best after flying and you also have to stop off on the way there and on the way back where they try and sell you lots of overpriced stuff. Don’t be fooled. If you’re in a wheelchair I wouldn’t recommend. Although there were ramps everywhere the gradient of the ramps are too steep and not safe. We hope to come back and see you all again! We have the holiday blues! Thank you all again!

We express our great gratitude for our wonderful stay at the hotel. From check-in to check-out, everything was at an extremely high professional level. The rooms, the food, the proximity to the beach and the care of the wonderful staff made our vacation unforgettable and filled with amazing memories. Of course, the greatest asset of this hotel are the people working without rest, with a smile, with great care for each guest. Decent hotel wohoch has lovely staff and clean rooms and facilities We are British which isn’t catered for at the hotel which is a shame as every thing was catered for Russians Food was ok but cold Entertainment very basic But over all hotel was good but could be better

Hotel itself is perfect location Modern lovely Rooms Immaculate inside and outside Staff always happy to help Bad points are no English guests so not suited to the English traveller Food was cold and not to our tastes Entertainment needs improved as very basic

Kalia Krizantem is a small and pleasant hotel. I think it is a very good choice for people who like to spend their holiday rather peacefully. Rooms and whole hotel is very clean. It well located, near the beach promenade and the beach itself. There are also a lot of shops, restaurants and a bazaar near the hotel. The underground tunnel to the beach is very useful, you will see for your self when u visit Turkey. The staff is very helpful and really nice. They will help you with all your problems in many languages. Hotel manager Typhoon really cares about well-being of hotels guests. He will also happily help you with your troubles but also talk to you about various subjects regarding, Turkey, hobbies, your country and more. Hotel’s restaurant has broad choice in very good food.
