Followed instructions on email for an easy check-in. Parking space outside accommodation. Accommodation was spotless. Views of the dunes from the garden was a bonus. Very impressed. We will book again!

Perfectly situated right by the beach - footpath leads straight on to the dunes. We have visited several times and have already booked to return next year. Accommodation is spotless, owners friendly and great value for money. The Treguth Inn is a lovely thatched pub with really friendly owners and staff. Gull Rocks Cafe is really handy for when you need a snack and drink coming off the beach. There are lovely coastal walks either way to Crantock & Perranporth. Quiet and peaceful but within easy reach of Newquay if you want more excitement and shopping. Really don't like promoting the place as I want to keep it a secret from eveyone else! Definitely our happy place.

What can be said about Pennasville. The accommodation is fantastic. Set in the valley of Holywell Bay and less than 100yrds from the beach it couldn't be any better. Our accommodation was faultless. Spotlessly clean,gardens well kept and each garden are gated(fence and gate approximately 1.2m tall).Each accommodation has a welcome pack which contains useful phone numbers if required(also tea,coffee and biscuits)which we where grateful of after our journey. We are now planning for our next family holiday at Pennasville,and can't wait to return to this little Jewel of Cornwall.

We have been to Pennasville 3 times with our children and still love it ! It’s perfect for families as you are literally on the beach. Newquay is only 20 mins away so perfect to get shopping aswell as having a day out. The beds are amazingly comfortable and we always sleep so well. The homes are kitted out with everything you need for your stay. My only negative is that I do feel the games room could be so much better. Can’t wait to come again !

Having recently stayed at Pennasville, Holywell Bay I can't say enough about our accommodation. We found it to be extremely clean and modern. The house was very spacious for our needs and 2 minutes from the beach it ticked all the boxes,thus we have booked for next year.

Amazing location so peaceful. The cottage was very well equipped kitchen spotlessly clean nice little garden which the dog loved and only 5 mins from the beautiful beach and a short drive to Newquay. A great little pub next door which sold good food and a great Rattler gutted we had to leave can’t wait to return

Our Family has been visiting Pennasville since our children were young - they are now 24 & 27!! They still insist on coming on holiday with us with partners. In fact last year we visited with our first grand-child! We are returning this year again in June. Accommodation is clean, welcoming and comfortable. Fabulously situated right on the beach. The Treguth Inn is the pub of choice for us. There is a lovely walk over the cliffs to Perranporth and if you're too tired to walk back there is a regular bus straight back in to Holywell. We never miss a visit to the golf course at the top of the hill. It has a wonderfully kept 18 hole pitch and putt with spectacular views over the dunes to the sea. Watch out for the 18th hole - it's tricky!!! Fabulous food at The Smugglers Den Inn. It's never overly busy and plenty of room on the beach - so don't tell anyone as I'm sure everyone will want to visit!!!
