Not in great in terms of cleanliness

Room didn't get clean for two nights stayed Ask for new tower because the don't clean room Didn't bring Call to the front desk didn't pickup Have yo go get myself at the gym room

It's was hygienic and i enjoyed stay

Avoid this at all cost ! Poor Service : Asked the front desk for advice for direction to go around, and none show willingness to step up to provide the needed support. Poor Facilities : Do not be deceived by the reception interior where run down facilities with rusty pipes and flimsy door would be the "real" welcome. Sub-par Room Booking Experience : Booked a king room but given a double single. What is the need of double single bed when there is only one person sleeping ?

At DoubleTree, you get cookies when you check in, but I didn't get any this time... I went back later and got some! The amenities are also minimal. There are no bathrobes to wear as sleepwear. There are no toothbrushes either, so please bring your own!

The hotel has a shuttle bus, which is available 24 hours a day, which is very convenient. The room is an old-fashioned American hotel, a bit old, but overall it is good

Random deductions, the hotel front desk was confused, the experience was very bad

The service staff is nice and patient. The bathroom roof is leaking, and there are no disposable toothpaste, toothbrush, or slippers in the room.

The facilities are old and the environment is poor. There are yellow stains on the pillowcases. I have never seen such a four-star hotel.

The hotel is very convenient from the airport, especially the hotel's shuttle service. The room is generally clean, nothing to complain about. The bed was huge and the room was spacious.
