The hotel is good to stay, all staff is so kind and helpful, especially the restaurant staff, so friendly and lovely...love the breakfast and coffee. Hotel provides free self service laundry, we can take our clothes to the laundry room, inside have washing machine and cloth dryer machine. We can order outside stuff, and front counter staff is so helpful to prepare the stuff we ordered in an AI robot and the robot will send the stuff to our room. Is so amazing we love the service. Hotel lobby is clean and comfortable, they provide computer and printers so I can print my important document in the hotel. The services provide by the hotel I can said is 100% satisfied. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Stayed in this hotel for two nights recently. Location is away from popular touristy areas, but one can take a taxi (costing about RMB20-50) to those places, or catch a bus (costing RMB2 per ride) for those who understand the Chinese language. Clean, new, fabulous facilities. All the staff whom I met are friendly and helpful. Thank you.

蘭蘭和小宇兩位工作人員非常熱情，退房時為離店人員提供零食和飲用水。入住期間，對房間設施印象很深：有提供耳塞，為住户睡眠提供更貼心服務，本人在嘗試開窗對比後發現房間關窗後，隔音效果非常棒。飲食種類也很豐富，非常滿意的入住體驗

房間簡單大氣，對於經常出差的人來説非常喜歡，早餐有煎餅，符合天津氣質，有fell的酒店。房間衞生乾淨住的安心，大堂也貼心，有小甜品，飲料，前台小姐姐辦入住速度挺快的，做了升級，很開心，前台小鄭微笑服務，挺好的酒店體驗。 衞生：非常乾淨 服務^_^

酒店很貼心，給高考學子準備了高考餐。 大堂裏準備了小點心和飲料茶水。 人多時加位子滿足侯考家長的需求。 有自帶餐食的家長，前台小姐姐給貼心的“叮”一下，保證客人吃上熱乎飯菜。

房間乾淨，視野很好，早餐種類很多，營養健康，酒店很安全，電梯刷卡上樓，住的很放心，房間免費升級了，退房時候貼心問候入住的感受，主動熱情，非常好的感受。滿意。
