The hotel is good to stay, all staff is so kind and helpful, especially the restaurant staff, so friendly and lovely...love the breakfast and coffee. Hotel provides free self service laundry, we can take our clothes to the laundry room, inside have washing machine and cloth dryer machine. We can order outside stuff, and front counter staff is so helpful to prepare the stuff we ordered in an AI robot and the robot will send the stuff to our room. Is so amazing we love the service. Hotel lobby is clean and comfortable, they provide computer and printers so I can print my important document in the hotel. The services provide by the hotel I can said is 100% satisfied. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Stayed in this hotel for two nights recently. Location is away from popular touristy areas, but one can take a taxi (costing about RMB20-50) to those places, or catch a bus (costing RMB2 per ride) for those who understand the Chinese language. Clean, new, fabulous facilities. All the staff whom I met are friendly and helpful. Thank you.

Clean and tidy, good service. The hotel is very new. There are delivery robots. Breakfast was OK, too.

The door of the hotel is automatic. There is a public toilet in the lobby on the first floor, as well as a rest area, business area, etc. The layout is very reasonable. Good environment. The hotel is in a very good location with convenient transportation and many restaurants and shops nearby. The facilities are complete and advanced. There is a 24-hour self-service laundry room and a gym. Although it is not big, it has everything. The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities, comfortable beds, and a good sleep. This stay was great! From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I could feel the attentive service. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient and patient in checking me in. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the smart equipment was complete, and the lighting and air conditioning could be adjusted with one click. The bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas. The breakfast was rich in variety, with Chinese and Western food. The location was also excellent, with convenient transportation around, shopping and dining. I will definitely choose this hotel next time I come here!

🌆Live in the heart of the city and unlock a perfect travel experience! I was amazed by this hotel! As soon as I entered the door, the spacious and bright space instantly cured the fatigue of the journey. The front desk guy and girl greeted me with a smile throughout the whole process. Check-in was super fast, and there was a small robot. The detail control was ecstatic! The breakfast was even better, with a variety of Chinese and Western dining tables: the freshly cooked wontons were fresh and warm, the freshly baked bread was fragrant, and even the freshly cut fruits were neatly arranged. 📍The location is amazing! The subway entrance is downstairs, less than 3 minutes walk, and there is food next to it. It’s too convenient~ The smart home in the room is super cool and can also project the screen.
