I recently had the pleasure of staying at the hotel in Jaddaf, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The hotel offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you step in. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure guests are comfortable.

The worse I swear , all hotels allow to have delivery. I was staying in address sky view , they allow delivery man to come to the door . I was sick with a fever they make more headache which I alredy had

I have stayed in several areas around Dubai, and the Dubai Creek area is quaint in a quiet, understated way. Jogging along the creek is perfect during dawn or dusk. The scenery is peaceful, especially compared to the more bustling parts of Dubai. Yet, it is near to the airport and World Trade Center, making it perfect for business travelers as well as couples. The service staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the room is clean and well kept, and special shout-out to Myst, the in-house hookah bar, with a knowledgeable staff and well-stocked bar. Will definitely return for a visit.

The hotel is located far away from nearby services. In general, the services were slow, but we liked the quite atmosphere that it had. I recommend it to people who are searching for a peaceful gateway.

we had a good stay. nice people, however when we asked for hk service no one came and phone is unreachable. next is the breakfast buffet, very limited. if you ask for cappuccino it’s chargeable as they’re only serving black coffee as well as for the egg.

Grand Kingsgate is undoubtedly one of the finest hotels in town. My stay there was truly delightful, and I am immensely grateful to the entire staff for their exceptional kindness and friendliness. .

they are very unorganised and they do not seem like 4 stars whatsoever. Some staff in the lobby were absolutely disrespectful and rude by the way they talked to me but thanks to Marina and Islam they were very nice n helped me out but if they weren’t there i would have definitely left the hotel and asked for a refund.

The name of the hotel is mentioned on the front enterance it took us approx 20mins to find the entrance. The enterance is at a spot where there is no name or logo We checked in quiet late at mid night requested for late check out. The hotel is clean. Asked for an towel and said that was chargable too. A very very average hotel

The services were bad And you should follow them for anything thing you want . The room was not clean enough and it was without towels They charge 200 drh as guarantee deposit Small parking area
