Price was cheap, location is closed to the ancient town but if you are coming in Didi, they cant stop in front of the hotel. Breakfast served with the usual Chinese breakfast also some toast. Generally the hotel room is huge and lovely. The only pull back is the staff who is sitting near the reception always looks very unfriendly and unapproachable. They said the room we book include free tea service but they did not offer it.

It’s in a nice location with a fancy looking outdoor pool. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is quite local. It’s closer to the small old town in Lijiang.

We have a great time to stay in this hotel. Beautiful place and near to the night market. Is just the staff not so helpful much. But totally ok.

Super friendly staff, convenient location and great amenities. The breakfast was good, but could be improved with a wider variety for western travellers. Definitely we recommend it to any who wants to visit Lijiang.

Amazing place with very nice people. I don't speak Chinese and they helped me a lot with everything I needed. There is language barrier when people are loving and nice. The hotel itself is very nice, clean and the rooms are beautiful and very comfortable.

Clean and spacious hotel room for a very good price. Service was good but please note that the staff I encountered did not speak English. The included breakfast was basic but acceptable given the price of the room.

Very nice place and super friendly staff. With a beautiful garden and a roof top with a great view. Also got a free tea session and friendly chat. Highly recommend

It was a great location right outside the gate of Shuhe with easy access. Cars can drive up to the front if needed. The service was excellent. The front desk were helpful with providing small things we needed. There’s a cute cafe in the center and nice view of the town from the rooftop. Overall the room was clean except for a stain in the bed. Upon request, they kindly switched out the sheets. Breakfast was ok- you heat your own noodles. The tea service was excellent with a knowledgeable lady who explained the details on drinking pu-er tea. One area of improvement would be that the concierge can only help with prearranged tours. They really pushed the tours on you. If you don’t want to go on a tour, then they don’t know much information on how to take public transport. Unfortunately there is construction currently in the area.

Customer service was great as told them late check in after 10pm, they were waiting for me and even have the room warmed up before my arrival! Nice location as located within the old town and with attractions and eateries all within walking distances. Rooftop have nice view of the surroundings. Breakfast was typically Chinese food and appetizing.

Great location, only minutes walk to Shehe ancient town. The room is clean and spacious, well-equipped with modern amenities. . And the place is very picturesque. Definitely will recommend to friends and family whoever visit to Lijiang!
