The receptionist Anthea was very informative and helpful. Nice area, close to the metro and the Vatican. Amazing breakfast spread. Huge variety of food both sweet and savoury. And a nice view from the terrace. The rooms are spacious, especially the bathroom. The temperature is regulated from the reception (open 24/24) and you can just call and have it fixed to your liking. Bonus: there are slippers in the room.

The location is in the calm district near the shopping street, St Angel’s cathedral and not far from Vatican. The staff is polite and friendly. The breakfast is 3 from 5.

The location is very good. It is in the Vatican area west of Rome. It is very safe and quiet. It is also close to the Vatican. The only deduction for hygiene is that the shower head is not cleaned and there is a lot of scale. The tap water is particularly unclean. I thought the breakfast was okay and I was lucky about the dinner restaurant. But believe me, don't eat here for dinner. The food is vomit-level. There is an old man's family restaurant downstairs that is delicious.

The location is good, the front desk is polite. It's a 15-minute walk from the hotel to the Vatican. The restaurant on the street opposite the hotel tastes good. Because we left early the next day and didn't have time to have breakfast, we told the front desk customer service the day before. They had packed breakfast for us in the morning and called a taxi for us. Because it was full, we were given a room on the first floor. The backyard outside the window was gloomy and the curtains were never opened.

It is suitable for tourists who like modern rooms and do not pursue local characteristics in accommodation. The room has free disposable slippers, shampoo and shower gel, bath towels, and hair dryers. But there is no toothbrush and toothpaste, so you need to bring your own. There is an airport bus stop near the hotel (about 7-8 minutes walk). You can take the sitbus from Rome Airport to Vatican Station. The subway station is about 8-9 minutes walk.

I find that the breakfast (colazione) is a little average compared to other 4* hotels in Rome; in fact the sweet side is a little weak; no REAL orange juice but concentrated in the machine, the bread is very average, the cut fruit is not great etc. I think we should make an effort on this point (I compare with the mama shelter in Rome which has a small extra full lunch...) go see if you can improve.... can do better for the rest no comments, very professional, kind, patient staff, speaking several languages; the rooms are very good and the cleaning is perfect, nothing to say...
