We booked this hotel last minute and arrived within 20 minutes. The check in was smooth and everything was immaculately set up for us. The location is very good - walking distance to the beach, playground, shops and restaurants; yet far away from all the noise in the town. We stayed at the top floor and can hear seagulls from the roof. However, they were no trouble as they went to sleep when the sun was down. Lovely stay and we would book it again.

We stayed here for 3 nights. I can assure everyone who is planning to come to Napier, we had a good experience for staying at this hotel in every aspect, cleanliness, location near city centre by 5 mins walk, countdown and pack n save just 2 mins aways. Beach is just 7 mins away from hotel. Sushi shop just 5 mins aways. Everything you want is near you. You will enjoy staying at this hotel. hotel's staff are super attentive to your requirements. All the bad reviews I can say they seems to be irrelevant. Non of them we faced here.

The hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes walk to the beach. There are many restaurants around, it's a good place. The hotel staff is pretty good, and the environment is pretty good! Recommended…

This hotel is the most satisfying hotel in New Zealand. It is also the largest hotel. The rooms are super, super, super big, very comfortable, very quiet, clean and tidy. The most memorable thing is that when we checked in, the manager gave two little dogs named Benny to the two children. The two children still like these two little toys very much and have been playing with them. They like the dogs and the hotel very much and hope to stay there next time. It is a very caring hotel and we are very satisfied. On the second day of our stay, we caught up with Napier's weekly market, where we bought a lot of satisfying things, including honey, fruit, bread, and coffee, which are our most unforgettable memories.

The hotel does not meet the 5-star standard. The breakfast restaurant can accommodate about 15 people. The breakfast is mainly a la carte with a few buffet items. There is no service. The chef has a bad attitude.
