"This was the best travel experience of all my trips. When I arrived at night, it was too dark to find the house number, but the host came within ten minutes and checked the lock for me. The room was clean and the surroundings were great. When I wanted to extend my stay, the host said he had no other place to stay, but he kindly helped me find someone else's B&B! He even drove me to the supermarket in his car! What a thoughtful person!"

"Stayed here for one night after a late arriving flight and the hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff at check in were very friendly and helpful too. Breakfast was the usual sort of paper plate buffet you'd expect at a budget hotel in the USA but some items had run out and weren't refilled. The hotel provided a free shuttle from the airport which was handy for getting to the train to New York the next day. However, on the night our flight arrived we waited around 45min for the shuttle."

"Saya mencari hotel di dekat Bandara Newark, tempat saya transit, yang menerima tamu berusia 18 tahun ke atas, dan menawarkan layanan antar-jemput gratis. Harganya cukup mahal, sudah termasuk dua orang per kamar dan sarapan untuk dua orang, jadi saya memilih hotel ini karena aman. Banyak hotel hanya menerima tamu berusia 21 tahun ke atas, tetapi hotel ini menerima tamu berusia 18 tahun ke atas (bahkan sendirian). Bus antar-jemput gratis dari bandara ke hotel beroperasi setiap 20 menit, tetapi bus antar-jemput dari bandara ke hotel agak lama tiba, jadi saya menunggu sekitar satu jam. "First of all, this house is similar to a self-built guesthouse. I arrived around 10:30 PM, rang the doorbell, and explained the situation to the landlord. Their attitude was extremely rude; they told me to get out in their local English. I explained that my English wasn't very good, and they became very impatient. I asked if they could come down or come over to help me check in, but they refused and told me to leave. This is the first time I've encountered such a situation. How could the platform allow such a merchant to register? It really caused immense difficulty for others to check in and even caused psychological harm! After this stay, I will never use this app again; it has such serious flaws!"

"The rooms are decorated in an artistic style. There are shuttle buses to the airport and Penn Station. There are some restaurants in the city and the hotel itself.
