Saya tidak pernah menyangka pintu hotel akan begitu mencolok, seperti wisma Sayangnya, hotel-hotel di Italia harus puas dengan itu! Sikap pelayanannya cukup baik, tapi tidak ada yang perlu dikomentari.

酒店位於市中心，翁貝託一世長廊內部，站在窗前就能看到樓下的人羣，玻璃很隔音，唯一確定就是房間面積不大；服務人員很專業又熱情，早餐不錯，出行很方便。

The hotel has a very welcoming staff that is easy to communicate with. It is very clean and the room was impeccable. We absolutely loved our breakfast every morning and the service was excellent. The location was in the center of all access to other points of Naples. They cleaned our room spotless everyday. We loved staying at Hotel Matilde! Would definitely be back!

We liked everything. The reception was friendly and efficient. The room was roomy and comfortable, and although the area tends to be noisy our room was silent. At breakfast the next morning the staff was friendly and outgoing and suggested things in area that we would have never thought of. (Limonata a pitoffo- who knew?!) We will definitely return.

I spent two nights in Naples. This was a very nice hotel, close to the famous opera house, Teatro di San Carlo. I had a comfortable spacious room with a great power shower. The Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The positives are the reception staff are wonderful and if this is the area you want to stay in, the rooms are large by European standards, the beds are very comfortable and the bathroom has a strong rain shower. You can walk to most attractions easily. On the other hand, this "hotel" has more of a boutique B&B vibe. It is all contained on the first floor of a shared building. It shares a stair with businesses and private apar**ents. Breakfast is ok, there can be a wait to get a coffee. The AC pumped in the smell of frying from nearby eateries in the early morning.

Excellent modern and very central - very close to the San Carlo opera. Reasonably quiet at night (up a little street off main via toledo). Good breakfast. Very courteous staff
