"I would not recommend this hotel to any Black African traveler. Valentine questioned the authenticity of our €50 note and examined it extensively before accepting it. It was only after my boyfriend produced additional €50 notes that she seemed satisfied it was genuine. Whether intentional or not, the experience was embarrassing, humiliating, and left us feeling unfairly scrutinized as paying guests. The facility is clean, but the way leading up to the hotel is scary."

"The hotel is located next to Naples' train station, very close to the ZTL (Zone of the District of Columbia), but not within the ZTL zone. It's a 100-meter walk away, and convenient for taking the metro and train. The accommodation is new and well-equipped. The shower has a strong water pressure and comfortable temperature. The only drawback is that the air conditioning units are quite noisy when running, which might be inconvenient for those sensitive to noise at night. There are grocery stores and restaurants downstairs, making it a very convenient location. The Pacheggio Di Napoli Centrale parking garage is much larger than those in other European cities, offering ample space and easy access. The driveways are wide, preventing scratches. However, considering Naples's income level, parking fees are higher than in major cities like Milan, likely due to the tight parking supply. The parking fee for 38 hours (from 8 PM on the 4th to around 10 AM on the 6th) was €64.50, not the €15 per day incorrectly listed on Ctrip. Furthermore, the €25 cap should be calculated from 1 AM onwards at €3 per hour, not on a daily basis. Breakfast is served in the bar on the first floor. Compared to other places, the breakfast is quite simple, consisting of a piece of bread and coffee. The female server at the coffee bar is not enthusiastic. She had a cold expression on both days I went there. Two people were given one plate, and she got upset and gave me a hard time if I asked for an extra plate."

I was only at the hotel for 12 hours. I left at night, and the receptionist kindly ordered a taxi for me, warning me that the communal rate to the airport in Naples was 21 euros. But I had a dishonest taxi driver. When we got to the airport and I handed him 21 euros, he started yelling and stomping his feet, saying it cost 27. It was a very unpleasant scene. I gave him some money to get him to leave me alone. But to the receptionist's credit, he warned me! So, be careful."

This hotel looked exquisite and modern in the photos on Ctrip, but the reality was completely different—it was practically a guesthouse from a 20th-century China. At around 5000 RMB per night, I expected a quality stay, but instead, I was disappointed by a place that couldn't even provide basic cleaning. Every detail in the room revealed a lack of attention to detail, and the overall environment was filthy and chaotic. Most unacceptable is this: This practice of misleading consumers with heavily edited photos is essentially fraud. If I had known the truth beforehand, I would never have chosen to stay here, let alone paid such an exorbitant price. We knew the pool would be empty before we came - it clearly mentions it on their website. I would come back again, but later in the season, just so I can use the pool as it looks good."

"I'm giving this an immediate thumbs up, no arguments allowed! It's super safe with security, and incredibly close to the station – just a few minutes' walk. And I have to rave about the gym; it's so good it could be a standalone gym! They have washing machines, dryers, and even a study room! For this price, what more could you ask for?"

"I didn't have high expectations after seeing the reviews online. In fact, except for the noise from the road, the bed in the room was quite comfortable. The bathroom was also OK. The shower was big and hot, and it was refreshing, but the hair dryer was broken. The hotel is close to the central station and has convenient transportation. There are supermarkets and restaurants around, and everything is very convenient. Personally, I feel that the city of Naples itself is not good. It is dirty and messy, and the attractions are not very surprising. The road in front of the Giant Fountain on the seaside was under repair, so I couldn't take pictures. On June 20, the cable car stopped due to a strike, so I couldn't go up to Castel Sant'Elmo to see the harbor and Mount Vesuvius. It was a bit regrettable. Many people may come here for pizza like me, and the pizza really satisfied me. I ate pizza from two pizzas in a row and they were both delicious."

"Chosen for its proximity to Naples station and for the affordability of the offer. It is located in an old building on Via Firenze. After an internal courtyard you can take an old elevator to get to the floor. Access was done via a self check-in, quite simple, following the instructions received from the manager. It is located in a not exactly ideal area, which especially in the evening is populated by not very legitimate individuals trying to survive, therefore this aspect must be considered in the choice. The room, inside, was well kept, clean, welcoming, with a bathroom and a fully functional and modern shower. Breakfast was not included in the reservation."
