"I would not recommend this hotel to any Black African traveler. Valentine questioned the authenticity of our €50 note and examined it extensively before accepting it. It was only after my boyfriend produced additional €50 notes that she seemed satisfied it was genuine. Whether intentional or not, the experience was embarrassing, humiliating, and left us feeling unfairly scrutinized as paying guests. The facility is clean, but the way leading up to the hotel is scary."

"The hotel is located next to Naples' train station, very close to the ZTL (Zone of the District of Columbia), but not within the ZTL zone. It's a 100-meter walk away, and convenient for taking the metro and train. The accommodation is new and well-equipped. The shower has a strong water pressure and comfortable temperature. The only drawback is that the air conditioning units are quite noisy when running, which might be inconvenient for those sensitive to noise at night. There are grocery stores and restaurants downstairs, making it a very convenient location. The Pacheggio Di Napoli Centrale parking garage is much larger than those in other European cities, offering ample space and easy access. The driveways are wide, preventing scratches. However, considering Naples's income level, parking fees are higher than in major cities like Milan, likely due to the tight parking supply. The parking fee for 38 hours (from 8 PM on the 4th to around 10 AM on the 6th) was €64.50, not the €15 per day incorrectly listed on Ctrip. Furthermore, the €25 cap should be calculated from 1 AM onwards at €3 per hour, not on a daily basis. Breakfast is served in the bar on the first floor. Compared to other places, the breakfast is quite simple, consisting of a piece of bread and coffee. The female server at the coffee bar is not enthusiastic. She had a cold expression on both days I went there. Two people were given one plate, and she got upset and gave me a hard time if I asked for an extra plate."

"Very bad experience. It doesn't have a concierge, it says they have a kitchen and it's not true, the neighborhood is difficult. The owners are rude. I wanted to cook and I consulted before and once I used the kitchen they told me that it couldn't be done, the friendliness ends once you pay, they no longer remember. Some without shame"

"We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights over the long weekend of April 25th. Beautiful structure, surrounded by greenery in the city center. It has a nice, quiet and large free car park. Very close to the Mostra d'Oltremare. Excellent quality breakfast, plenty of sweet and savory options. We had dinner one evening in the hotel and the dinner turned out to be a delicious surprise, including the limoncello they produced! Large room with external courtyard. Very attentive and courteous staff! We will gladly return!"

"I did not receive a satisfactory room, without my knowledge, i was brought to a dilapidated building next to the hotel since it was out of rooms. This was after 10minutes of waiting for the reception staff to confirm with the manager. I was brought to a "refurbished" serviced apartment much less than a hotel room. The staff who brought me to the room was unsure of the room himself, he walked in to check with his shoes on, that itself is a failure on it's own for any hospitality organization. Furthermore, to have hot water, the water pressure had to be very low, otherwise, the water is icy cold, the room always had mosquitoes everyday despite my efforts to kill them, i believe this happened when housekeeping cleaned the room, the bed had nothing for a blanket but instead a super thin layer of cloth which does not help at all, no soap or amenities was provided in the washroom until housekeeping came the 2nd morning, there wasnt even a proper table or rack for my suitcase, i had to prop my suitcase up using the 2 stools they had for "bedside tables". I had to even walk to the main building for the breakfast which was honestly skippable, i even had to go behind the counter myself to look for milk, nothing was good about the "hotel", paying €70 a night is definitely not worth it, albeit a good location, everything else was lacking. I requested a partial refund and the property has failed to respond to even Trip.com after a week, this further goes to show their professionalism, i totally do not recommend, will never be back"

"The Accomodation is well located and some of the staff were really friendly and try their best to make the stay smooth. The breakfast is great and the laundry space comes in handy. The only downside was the bathroom, it would require more maintenance and also more privacy as there are no doors and only glass panels , anyone can see you. So not the best…"

"Needed something close to the train station and airport so you’re not gonna be in a Beverly Hills type neighborhood but the hotel was very clean and appears rather new. The staff was excellent and very accommodating. Went out of his way to bring our luggage up to our room. Train station is literally across the street. Lots of places to get food. He arranged for our taxi to take us to the airport. For a short stop in Naples before catching a flight I would recommend. Just wouldn’t go out too late."
