Vanderbilt Beach Resort

We’ve been going as a family for over 15 years. We always have the best time. We love the management - they go the extra mile to accommodate us all and make it special each time. The sunsets are beautiful- and the restaurant serves delicious food all throughout the day on the beach. Towels, Chairs and umbrellas are set up all day making it super convenient. Looking forward to going back again next year.

My stay at the Vanderbilt could not have been better! The hotel was spotless, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it the perfect hotel for families. Our time here was filled with breathtaking sunsets that made each evening memorable. Naples has so much to offer, from beautiful beaches to fantastic dining, and staying at the Vanderbilt made our trip even more special. If you're visiting Naples, I highly recommend staying here!

No hot water in condo entire stay (2 nights) but only realised after a day at the beach, getting into shower. Maintenance couldn't figure out why and remarked, things break! Office said we could shower in another Room. Only offered 25% off one nite. Plumber showed up next am and water shut off while we were packing. Customer svc completely lacking! Very disappointing stay, won't be back. (This was visit #6) so sad... Manager laughed and said still cheaper than any room around. (safety hazard going out to balcony..lip too high on floor track..no warning). Updates are needed...

My stay at the Vanderbilt Beach Resort was absolutely incredible - a perfect five stars from start to finish! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was top-notch. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. Our room was spotless and beautifully appointed with all the comforts of home. The housekeeping staff deserves special recognition for their attention to detail and keeping everything immaculate throughout our stay. The beach amenities were fantastic! We loved having comfortable loungers and umbrellas readily available, and the beach staff was amazing. They were attentive, friendly, and always around to help with anything we needed, whether it was setting up chairs or offering local recommendations. The pool area was clean, warm, and offered the perfect sand removal solution to get that pesky sand off of your feet. Overall, the Vanderbilt Beach Resort exceeded our expectations in every way. The combination of immaculate facilities, exceptional service, and a prime beachfront location make it a true gem. We can't wait to return for another unforgettable vacation!

This is not a resort. It is a motel on the beach with a condo building across the street. The main two story motel rooms are nice but the air conditioner is super loud creating sleepless nights. The pool is small and gets very crowded, especially when large groups rent rooms. The clientle ranges from sloppy to conservative. There is a very busy/expensive restaurant underneath many of the rooms. The kitchen prep is loud and goes from 7am- 11 pm. One side of the motel outside of the rooms is storage for dining chairs, wait staff activity and other commotion, so if you rent on that side that is what you are looking at and listening to. This visit we decided to stay at the condos willing to pay more for quiet and a private balcony. We opened the door to our condo overlooking the bay and a MASSIVE, active construction site of a seven story building was in our face just feet away. The immediate disappointment was huge. Steel being cut all day with metal being hammered all day concrete machines working and crew yelling. The balcony was useless but we did wake up at 7am sharp reporting for duty with the workers. It is obvious management withheld this tidbit, but if they had acknowledged this, apologized and offered some level of compensation, it would have made a tremendous difference. We made the best of what we were stuck with. A crappy move to pull on people expecting "resort" like atomosphere for their vacation spending a lot time and money.

Our second visit to Vanderbilt Beach Resort. Sept/ October 23 Room 50 May/June 24 Room 44 Both stays were fantastic - enjoyed it so much we are booking again. Stayed in a Junior Beach view suite then the second time Gulfside Junior suite as beachview unavailable. Only 4 doors down so still could see the beach. Check in was easy. Lovely lady checked us in! Room clean, has everything you need. A few steps from the beach. Beachy/relaxed feel as opposed to luxurious. Free coffee in reception was great and much appreciated. Paolo and the guys at the beach are great, setting up chairs, umbrella and towels every day. Ate at The Turtle Club on my birthday - FANTASTIC!! Front desk are very helpful. Had a problem with our door lock, which was fixed super fast! Check out was a breeze - basically see you next year and dropped our key cards off! Housekeeping faultless. Check out was 11am, we stayed on the beach until we needed to leave at 1pm and were able to use the shower facilities across the road without any issues. No parking issues, even when the restaurant was busy. Nice on the beach even if the restaurant was busy. Occasionally heard chattering as people were leaving the restaurant but generally very peaceful and most gone by 10pm anyway. Cant wait to return! Thank you for another wonderful stay! Loved it!

The Vanderbilt beach resort is great. the food at the Turtle Club is the best. The service on the beach is better then you would expect, from the beach service, to the office help they do everything to make your stay a great one. We have already re booked for December. to Chris in the office to Poalo on the beach thanks again!!!

We stayed in the Condos, Room 203. Really loved our bay view, simple room decor, easy parking and having 2 bedroom/2 bath, plus full kitchen and washer/dryer. King bed in master was super comfy. Excellent daily cleaning staff with attention to detail. Our flights were delayed so didn’t pick up groceries as planned for our 2-night stay, but local options for meals were abundant. Coffee and tea available in the office, and great beachside attendant who helped with umbrellas, chairs and towels. Wonderful and easy ocean access. Pool was perfect temp. Would return in a heartbeat, but they sell out quickly! Loved seeing the dolphin in the bay one morning. Sweet surprise!

We stayed here for two nights. Check in was smooth and we were even able to check in early. That was a great bonus as we checked out of our previous hotel at 10am. What can I say about our suite? It was literally on the beach! They even put out chairs and umbrellas on the beach for guests. You can rent some kayaks and bodyboards right from the hotel. Housekeeping was wonderful and kept the place nice and clean. This boutique hotel is quaint and beautiful. Yes, there is construction due to hurricane Ian. Its to be expected and still a great value. We hope to return.
