Good place. Cheap, good parking

Too much is as bad as too little. Nothing too much, nothing too little. I stayed there for a few nights and felt at ease.

The large public bath and breakfast were great. It's a small thing, but the wireless charging for my phone was very useful.

There was a large public bath, so I was able to relax after snowboarding. There were some young people making noise in the middle of the night, but other than that I was satisfied.

Overall it is excellent, I think they should work on giving options to get to Arai Resort at the lowest possible cost, that way it would be very complete. Once the situation was set out, they collaborated with us on how to get there. greetings

The room was very well cleaned. I was able to sleep soundly without being bothered by any noise from the surrounding rooms. It was the end of the year and it was very cold outside in snowy country, but it was warm inside the hotel. We were able to use the large public bath until 2am, which was very appreciated. The breakfast had a wide variety of dishes and we enjoyed it at our leisure. It was delicious.

I think it's great that it has a hot spring, but unfortunately I didn't have time to use it, so I'll try it next time. Also, the free breakfast was great and substantial.

The people at the front desk were very kind. I would like to stay again because of the clean and beautiful rooms. The breakfast buffet is delicious.

Breakfast is included and convenient. There is a convenience store next door, so you can do sudden errands and shopping. The facilities are showing their age...

This is one of the older hotel in this group of chain. We stayed 1 night while visiting Mount Naeba. The same expectation can be expected of this hotel. Free buffet breakfast, drinks coupon, public bath, coin operated laundry n free parking. This hotel has slightly older rooms and much smaller double or twin rooms than the others. Maybe the design was in the 80s ? The bathroom was very small and had a high step to climb. Could be dangerous for the elderly or those need to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. The hotel serves set dinner during the weekdays due to the limited choices of restaurants around the area. The room was also a bit noisy as it is along a busy road n room was not well noise insulated.
