The apartment was extremely clean & very well looked after. Check in process was extremely easy no stress at all thanks to owner which made me feel very comfortable within my stay, apartment was very central was great place to stay before flying out back to my country Australia. Will most definitely be booking again when I return to Vietnam 5 STARS 🌟 🤩

room was nice, spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities; staff was helpful with prompt replies. shopping mall right next to the apartment as well.

The apartment is located in the prosperous area of Hanoi City, so you can catch Grab Car immediately, so you will not have trouble when you want to go anywhere. Above all, you can rest assured that the host will reply to your request immediately. He is caring, friendly. We will choose here again in the future

We had to book this accommodation after an issue we had with our Airbnb, which meant we wanted to check in almost immediately. Although Ember couldn’t be there to assist us with check in (understandably) he immediately messaged us instructions for what to do and made it easy. Upon entry to the apartment, we were very happy with what we saw and we found no fault with it. Clean and a nice space to live in with a balcony, washing machine, cooking facilities and a water fountain for drinking! The only 4 star we give is for location, as it is a bit out of the centre, but is still only one Grab ride away. Thank you Ember for your hospitality! We will return if we are ever in Hanoi again.
