Hotel baru ini sangat bersih. Peralatan dapur dan semuanya lengkap. Kamar lapang dengan desain bagus. Tapi saya pergi saat pembangunan jalan jadi perjalanannya cukup merepotkan. Booking mobil atau pesan makanan, drivernya juga susah banget cari jalan masuk.

Resepsionisnya sangat baik. Hari pertama kami check in, ada pekerjaan konstruksi di jalan utama dan saya minta dipindahkan ke kamar yang menghadap ke gang. Dia menanganinya secara proaktif. Setelah ganti kamar, saya meninggalkan sesuatu di kamar pertama, dan dia segera membantu saya menemukannya. Saya sangat menghargainya.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel near West Lake in Hanoi, and it was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the serene West Lake, which offers stunning views and a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. I enjoyed taking morning strolls by the lake, and the nearby cafes and restaurants provided a great selection of local and international cuisine. The room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the room’s design, which made it feel cozy and inviting.

I loved the apartment I booked. The view from the bedroom was amazing at night. I would definitely recommend this place

Excellent 2-room apartment, with a good refrigerator, stove, dishes. Everything corresponds to the description. In 2 kilometers there is a large grocery store and LOTTE mall, with pleasant prices and a large assortment. From the apartment to the old city 15 minutes by bus.

幾乎全自助，登記工作人員只有一位。前一天衞生做得不錯，入住後隔天打掃衞生不乾淨，沙發靠墊沒有歸位，衞生也沒有收拾乾淨

Mọi thứ đều tốt, sẽ quay lại vào lần tới

1박만하고 아침비행기로 귀국하기위해 예약했었습니다 저녁에 도착하여 호텔찾기도 쉽지않고 주변에 식사할곳도 없습니다 호텔앞븐 공사로 복잡하고 시끄럽습니다~ 체크인시 지하에서 했으며 그닥친절하지도 않고 이른아침에 체크아웃하는데 키반납할곳이없어 사무실앞에 두고나왔네요~객실은 깨끗하지만 그닥 추천하지는 않습니디 경유지로 1박은 그냥 괜찮습니다~

가격대비 넓은 공간은 어디에도 비교할 수 없어요. 장기 체류하게 되면 무조건 여기를 선택할 듯. 시내에 급한 용무가 있을때 교통이 조금 멀어서 불편한 것 말고는 너무 좋음. 숙박할 당시 호텔에 앞에 도로에 공사를 하고있어서 택시들이 잘 못 찾아옴. 공사가 끝나면 문제없을 듯.
