Ulasan Swiss Star Irchel - Self Check-IN

Tidak dapat memperoleh kunci kamar dan setelah waktu yang lama mencoba menghubungi staf hotel, kamar saya memiliki tempat tidur yang rusak dan jendela yang tidak dapat ditutup di tengah musim dingin.

Pergi ke apartemen hotel di Zurich, Swiss ini: kamarnya sangat bersih; fasilitasnya juga lengkap; banyak supermarket dan restoran di dekatnya; transportasinya sangat nyaman, menjadikannya tempat yang ideal untuk tinggal saat liburan. Kekurangan: Beberapa bagian papan tempat tidur rusak (terbalik ke tempat tidur); soket listrik hanya Swiss.

AC sangat bising. Ruangan itu sangat bau. Lampu kamar sudah usang. Kamar mandinya sangat buruk. Tidak ada ruang bagi orang untuk pindah sama sekali. Hotel dan Trip.com juga gagal menyelesaikan masalah tersebut. dan menolak pengembalian uang. Sangat kecewa. Saya sudah komplain dan upload klip AC berisik di Trip.com. Semoga Trip.com dapat mengatasi masalah tersebut dengan baik. 

Lokasinya bagus, mudah ditemukan. Tapi kamar mandinya baunya tidak enak.

Everything was ok, expected for the amount paid, but there could be some improvements such as, change of the curtain in the bathroom, it was smelly and on the dirty baseboard, shelf next to the bed, lights and a wall towel dryer, since there is no exhaust in the bathroom and no room service.

Not a great experience. We arrived after the check-in hour (around 15:00 and the check- in hour is 14:00) and we found the door of our room open, not cleaned yet, with stuff from past guests everywhere. We had to wait around 30 minutes for the staff to clean the room. The heating was very weak, several plugs didn’t work, the water heater on the kitchen didn’t work as well. The fixed furniture of the bathroom was broken and damaged. I wouldn’t recommend it to be honest.

Self check in was ok Parking was bad, don’t put on your advertisement that you have parking because you don’t have it. Price not worth it

Viele Sachen sind kaputt im Zimmer besonders die Lichter. Eine Woche hatten wir kein Licht, nur von der Toilette und Bett. Wir haben mehrmals versucht die Nummer vom Hotel anzurufen aber niemand ist rangegangen. Die Reinigungskraft kann auch nichts machen, nur unsere Reklamation jeden Tag weitergeben. Leider ist nichts passiert. So schlecht!

La ubicación excelente pero no nos dieron la habitación de las fotos,literalmente la cocina enfrente de la cama y apenas se podría pasar por que el hueco era minúsculo.
