Tidak cukup sampai standar 4*, harus diperdagangkan atas namanya. Kamar mandi kotor, bukti area yang tidak pernah dibersihkan sejak awal; tidak ada sikat toilet, tanda abu-abu di handuk putih, staf v ramah meskipun permintaan untuk layanan kamar pada jam 10.30 malam dilupakan karena koki mencatat jam 23.00. Kiri agak Kecewa & lapar. Sarapan adalah menyenangkan dan lagi sopan staf yang ramah.

The room is very clean and tidy Room service is excellent. The most impressive facility is the swimming pool

The water did not drain. Called maintenance they arrived so close to our check out time and said they will be back but no one came back. So i could only use the shower/tub once.

This hotel is by far one of the most outstanding hotels in Birmingham city. The state of the art spa and gym most definitely contribute towards this factor; especially because of the intricate modern take to the architecture and interior design of the property itself. The service that I revived was top tier, the employees were always very polite and helpful you can truly see they are dedicated to providing memorable experiences to their guests. The hotel itself is beautifully kept with cleaner spotted 24/7 across the premises. !DEFINITELY RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!

Best hotel I have stayed in specially the cold pool and the spa facilities.

The hotel is amazing We have encountered a payment issue with their hotel supplier ( hotel beds ) however Trip staff helped to solve the matter promptly .

The noise proof in this hotel is not good

Lovely stay, new staff at the desk very friendly. Enjoyed my stay just Shame that families cannot enter pool area with small children to just sit and watch older kids swim .
