Kamarnya bersih dan petugas resepsionis sangat ramah, ini adalah hotel India, mereka hanya menyediakan sarapan ala India.

The only thing good about this hotel is location otherwise lot of cockroaches

Nice Hotal and all reception staffs very friendly and very good service. I enjoyed during my stay. Excellent Hotal with very good price.

For trip.com customers they are providing a very low class and small rooms the bed sheets are dirty even I found some long hair of girls on bedsheet washroom is not much clean too. My room A/C was not working upon arrival I complained directly and I stay a hour to get another room in the hotel 🙂

Stay was good but there service is not up to the mark they are not cooperating charged 20 aed for pillow cover saying it stain will not go it’s damaged now.

Parking was paid and They are keeping 100 deposit  I did not see any other hotel keeping deposit  Rest is fine but this deposit and paid parking 🅿️ not good  I will not visit again this hotel 🥺 also Parking was too dirty

I stayed at the property, but the air conditioning was not working. Even after calling for service more than five times, it was still not fixed. I then contacted reception and requested a room change. Although they changed my room, the AC in the new room was also not working. Additionally, there was a bad smell, which made the experience very unpleasant. Overall, it was a very poor experience.

Greaaaaaaate locationnnnn. About a 10 min walk to deira city centre and the city centre metro station. The only good thing about this hotel

Nice staff  Great location next to the Deira Mall  I wish the breakfast was better : no fresh omelette station for example

Leela Hotel is a normal hotel. Access to Deira City Center and Metro is advantageous.

Excellent customer service, could not fault in anyway. Location and access to metro station is fantastic. Special thank you to Raja on reception for making sure my stay was exceptional.

Cleanliness and hygiene can be improved. The room was a bit damp with smell.

Very good and respectful hotel. Close to deira city center! Convinient too
