Ulasan Ichan Qal'a Premium Class Hotel

야외 수영장이 매우 훌륭하고 아름다웠습니다 조식 먹는데 공연을 했습니다 메뉴는 아주 다양하지는 않았어요 빌라로 구분되어있어 이색적이었습니다 방은 맥시멀리스트로 화려하고 어떤 감각에서는 조금 촌스러울수도 있어요 현금인출기나 환전에 어려움을 겪어 아쉬웠어요

最大問題就是位置不好找，出租車總是找不到這個酒店，谷歌地圖也繞來繞去，反而在烏茲別克斯坦使用百度地圖最靠譜。酒店離機場很近，10分鐘車程，要注意的是如果是T3客運大樓的話，距離T1和T2非常遠，不在一個地方，T3一般飛布哈拉。酒店早餐也是住過烏茲別克斯坦酒店裡最好的了，還有音樂表演。房間設施稍微有點兒舊，電視很小，另外就是一直有機器轟鳴聲，對睡眠質量有影響，枕頭也不舒服，沒有梳子。去鐵木兒廣場步行也可以。總的來説在烏茲別克斯坦已經算不錯的選擇了。

酒店是花園別墅類型，非常非常大，每棟別墅有8間左右房間，房間也是很大。整體服務也不錯，地理位置也挺好，距離地鐵站Oybek步行十五分鐘，距離機場Taxi十多分鐘。周邊主幹道有多家特色餐廳、咖啡館。

출장으로 공항에서 가까운 위치의 호텔을 찾았는데 생각보다 매우 훌륭한 호텔. 호텔 시설이 매우 잘 관리되어 있고 방 역시 넓이가 넓으면서도 깨끗하였음. 택시로 밤에 도착하였을때는 외진 곳이라 생각하였는데 주변에 걸어서 괜찮은 식당도 많고 편의점등 각종 편의시설들이 매우 많았음. 택시등으로 이동하기에도 편리함.

很美好的一家酒店啊，離機場很近，裝修裝飾異域風情，很出片。周圍還有很好的餐廳。

Really good hotel. I dont know the star rating, but feels like a 5 star. I was tired from a trip to India and needed to recover and see Tashkent in Uzbekistan. The hotel has 2 pools. One outdoor and one indoor. The indoor pool has beautiful tiles, felt very warm and was 25m in length. The break fast had 2 musicians who came every day and played. Loved the music they played. No one expected any tips. The rooms were very big and maybe its because we booked a king room. But very nice rooms. We took a taxi from the hotel the first time from the airport to the hotel. Its much cheaper to use the local app Yandex. I would recommend using that as the price difference is huge. The hotel is brilliant. It is about 1.5km to the attractions. We walked it but people can yandex it. Its still a great hotel. From what I could tell its an old fort (or modelled from one) based on the town of Khiva. I liked the hotel so much, that we stayed in it while arriving Uzbekistan and also on the way back when departing Uzbekistan. Will stay again if I visit again.

The hotel is built along a traditional courtyard design and it's lovely to have an evening drink, or even dinner, in the internal courtyard. There were musicians playing at breakfast – both traditional and western popular music, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel also has a beautiful internal swimming pool When we were there the external pool was being renovated, but it looked as though it would be terrific when finished.

Such a lovely hotel - the staff were the highlight and the breakfast was really good. The rooms were super comfortable - the only downside was that the wifi wasn't that reliable.

Great hotel used at beginning and end of trip that I’d return to without hesitation. Picked up from airport with no problems although for return flight the car hotel had booked didn’t turn up. When it did arrive late then drove to wrong terminal. Not the hotel’s fault but unneeded stress. Room at beginning was one of the older, very ornate ones - perfectly comfortable for some sleep after a long flight. On way back stayed in one of the new suites which was well priced (cheaper than regular room). Really nicely decorated, very good bed. Room service was quick and tasty. Breakfasts were amazing, especially for a vegetarian, the best in Uzbekistan! Full selection of eggs, salads, cheese, fruit, pastries etc. Staff were really helpful and I enjoyed the musical accompaniment. Front staff were helpful with directions, getting money out etc. I’d definitely return - although try for the newer rooms.

I've stayed for two nights. Clean and well furnished rooms . Fantastic property. Cordial team. The food is excellent. Unbelievably beautiful. I was surprised to see 'I love you' wall. Time and design invested easily make the Hotel fit for a king.

The hotel with a typical decoration is very well located in Tachkent close all good restaurants,. The staff is helpful and very welcoming. We have been two times in this hotel during our stay in Uzbekistan. The fist time we have been disappointed by the really small size of the room regarding our booking. At the second time the staff upgraded us in a very nice suite. Thank a lot to the staff for this attention and great hospitality ! We appreciate a lot. We were 6 people and I recommend this hotel in Tachkent.

I had a mixed feeling about this hotel . On the whole it is quite nice : the architecture of the building, the small courtyard , the pool area with an open and indoor swimming pool : they are lovely The inside is a little bit opulent to my taste but reflecting the lavish atmosphere of the “old times “. On the contrary my room was bit disappointing , not what I expected from a class hotel like that : it was n 8 , quite a good size but very dark , the headboard had cuts , the washbasin had cracks and the duvet was old fashion . The wardrobe absolutely not appropriate for a hotel room . The same was for the benches in the pool area: a few pillowcases were stained . In addition the bar at the swimming pool area was not open even though there were tourists sunbathing. Anyway we could order all the same from the restaurant and have something to eat the at the pool area. We had dinner one night here in the courtyard where actually there are very few tables and food and service were really good. The general atmosphere was a little cold or ,at least ,not as friendly as we had in all the other hotels in Uzbekistan.

Good rooms. Nice decor and design. Breakfast and breakfast selection needs improvement

Our stay at Ichan Qala started off rocky as the King room we requested in building 5 (near the pool) several months previously was inexplicably unavailable when we arrived at 9pm-ish and we were too tired to argue. The room we got was in one of the older buildings and was small - it was hard to maneuver around the King bed as the was so close to the wall sides, the AC was inadequate and the shower was malfunctioning. Next day however we insisted on being moved to the room we had booked in the much more modern building 5 where the rooms are much larger and everything was much better. It was also close to the outdoor and inside pools and we enjoyed both. The breakfast buffet was not much to speak of compared to the other hotels we stayed in. We would go to the markets and bazaars and stock up on the excellent pies that are cheaply available and eat those for breakfast (and lunch). We had the impression from other visitors who looked like backpackers at a hostel that there was a two-price system - more expensive for western visitors. The staff were friendly and helpful. But, I would rather stay elsewhere as the other more modern hotels in Tashkent are now better for about the same price.
