Hotel pemandangan pegunungan di Kobe

It was absolutely awesome. We really needed this kind of rest after two busy weeks in Japan. We were so happy to relax body and soul. The room was luxurious and spacious; we chose a traditional one. This was our first hot spring experience, so it's hard to compare, but we loved it. All the hot spring rooms are strictly private, which is why we chose this ryokan. We have very large tattoos, and there are no problems with that. The kaiseki dinner is a real ritual and a show that lasts two hours of clear pleasure, everything was incredibly delicious, beautiful, and nutritious. Breakfast was also excellent. I recommend arriving in Arima village in the morning, rather than staying in Kobe or Osaka, to have time to explore it. It's small but charming, with that perfect anime vibe.

Our stay in this hotel was great! I wish we stayed here longer than one evening. Our traditional Japanese room was very spacious and had two separate toilet rooms attached as well as a bathroom. The view from our room was amazing! And sitting area before the huge windows even had a massage chair and a vanity. The shoji doors showed some signs of wear but everything were very clean. Our kaiseki dinner was spectacular and incredibly tasty. But I wish there were some instructions for foreigners how to enjoy it properly. Our server didn't speak English and we didn't speak Japanese so there was a minor misunderstanding but everything was resolved 😅 I'm definitely a fan of such kind of a meal now! We visited all the hot springs that are available in this hotel and it's sister hotel across the river. I liked the silver indoor spring in our hotel and gold outdoor spring in sister-hotel the most. Hot springs are closed after 24:00. And open from 6:00 to 9:00 nest morning. Unfortunately they are closed from 9:00 to 12:00(check out time) which make it impossible to enjoy them in the morning for those who prefer to sleep in(( Would definitely reccommend the stay for relaxing and luxurious experience.

Ini adalah hotel sumber air panas khas Jepang yang dipesan khusus untuk ulang tahun, tetapi layanan dan makanannya agak mengecewakan. Apalagi di front desk, diskriminasi terhadap pramusaji Jepang tergambar jelas di wajah mereka, dan front desk China juga memiliki ***a yang membuat orang tidak nyaman. Sebaliknya, pengemudi yang mengemudikan mobil dan petugas pemeliharaanlah yang mengambil foto dengan antusias untuk kami. Yang disebut transfer adalah 5 menit perjalanan dari hotel ke stasiun, bahkan kereta gantung pun tidak. Mereka juga mendesak kami untuk check out jam 11, dan tidak ada rasa santai. Makanannya tidak terlalu enak dan tidak sepadan dengan harganya sama sekali. Pelayan yang mengantarkan makanan di malam hari memiliki wajah yang buruk dan tidak menunjukkan tanda-tanda ulang tahunku dan mangkuk, yang sangat tidak higienis. Buah yang disajikan di akhir berbau seperti lemari es, jadi penangkal petir...

Hanamusubi Ryokan has been our favorite place when we plan our trip to Osaka region. We always book the same room with our private onsen so we can soak ourselves unlimited times a day while enjoying their cuisine both in the evenings and mornings in our room. Although we see some minor changes in their overall operation, their standards of service remain high and we couldn't be more satisfied during our last stay as well.

I booked this place at the last minute as we wanted to extend our stay in Arima Onsen by one night and most hotels were fully-booked. I searched on *********** but couldn't find any suitable accomodation so thought to try Trip.com. This hotel came up only on this site and I was delighted to find it. At first I was concerned by the lack of reviews, but all the reviews were good and the room looked ideal for a family of four; 2 western beds and 2 tatami beds, with spacious living area and separate bathroom and toilet. It was really great value for money. The size of the room was very generous, and the facilities were great. We made use of the Onsen baths and the table tennis room during our stay. None of the staff spoke english but this wasn't an issue as they were all adept at using google translate. The location is also fine - it is situated between the town and the ropeway, so it is easy walking distance to each, which was very useful since they dont offer any shuttle service. All in all I would reccomend it for a short stay in Arima onsen as it is really good value for money.

quite disappointed with this hotel facility. the bed is aged and the facilities are old.the beds made me back pain as well...however, the staffs are super friendly and nice. the location of the hotel needs a bit walk to the downtown. with a high slope. but they do offer shuttle bus which is a good thing.
