호텔 깔끔하고, 직원들 너무 친절합니다. 가족여행다녀왔는데 부모님들께서도 만족하셨습니다. 온천 남자.여자 탕이 하루씩 바뀌어 양쪽다 사용해볼수있어서 좋았고, 저녁석식 먹고 방으로 돌아오니 이불을 다 깔아놓으셨더라구요. 잘 쉬다 갑니다. 감사합니다.

前台服務很好。房間非常好，落地角窗看窗外景觀非常美，房間設施非常新，房間設施非常齊全，房間咖啡和冰箱裏酒水果汁非常豐盛，喝到喝不完,飲品量很足，非常貼心。洗髮護髮身體乳都是寶格麗的，體驗感非常好。還貼心的準備了男士和女士的護膚旅行裝，非常細心。特別提出表揚下入住這幾天從接待我們開始一直為我們服務的ひろこさん員工，非常熱情，非常細心，人很好。給我們入住這幾天帶來的體驗感非常舒服非常好。期待下次入住還能遇到ひろこさん。

It was absolutely awesome. We really needed this kind of rest after two busy weeks in Japan. We were so happy to relax body and soul. The room was luxurious and spacious; we chose a traditional one. This was our first hot spring experience, so it's hard to compare, but we loved it. All the hot spring rooms are strictly private, which is why we chose this ryokan. We have very large tattoos, and there are no problems with that. The kaiseki dinner is a real ritual and a show that lasts two hours of clear pleasure, everything was incredibly delicious, beautiful, and nutritious. Breakfast was also excellent. I recommend arriving in Arima village in the morning, rather than staying in Kobe or Osaka, to have time to explore it. It's small but charming, with that perfect anime vibe.

Hanamusubi Ryokan has been our favorite place when we plan our trip to Osaka region. We always book the same room with our private onsen so we can soak ourselves unlimited times a day while enjoying their cuisine both in the evenings and mornings in our room. Although we see some minor changes in their overall operation, their standards of service remain high and we couldn't be more satisfied during our last stay as well.

The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a serene atmosphere for relaxation. The onsen facilities, along with the provided Japanese bath suits and slippers, added a delightful touch to the experience. The breakfast buffet featured a variety of healthy Japanese options, which I found both satisfying and nourishing. Additionally, the view of Kobe Tower from my room was a charming highlight. The hotel's design reflects a refined minimalistic luxury, creating an elegant and calming environment. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a blend of comfort and traditional Japanese hospitality.

Harga bagus dengan pemandangan yang indah. Pemandangan jembatan di siang hari sangat menakjubkan. Kamar-kamar di sayap baru jauh lebih bagus. Pelayanannya kurang memuaskan. Tidak ada yang membantu membawa barang bawaan saat tiba. Dan stafnya tampak kurang ramah atau tidak terlalu membantu. Hotel ini dekat dengan pusat perbelanjaan outlet dan mudah dijangkau dengan mobil ke pusat kota Kobe. Sarapannya enak dengan banyak pilihan roti. Anda perlu membawa handuk kamar sendiri ke kamar mandi umum. Dengan harga segini, saya tidak keberatan menginap di sana lagi.

Once in a lifetime experience for me and my wife to see the spectacular views from our room both at night and in the morning. Also, the glamping facilties are top notch. Yuna and Yuki guided us step by step on how to prepare our dinner and breakfast. They are kind and we fully enjoy the process. We love the place and the people from Nature Live. Strongly recommended indeed!
