Hotel dengan Wifi di Kobe

The service was a little short of. I read reviews that they are very friendly but i felt that it’s not like this. I felt they were very curt in the way they speak and look tired. Nonetheless, the location was good. Just right at the side of the Chinatown. The hotel is very budget not matching to its price, considering that I’ve been to 4 hotels during my stay. The lights goes off quickly at the foyer. The water flow was small. But it’s ok, it’s eco-friendly i guess. The miso soup at breakfast was the yummiest. The carpark was expensive and they will charge you if you arrive early or leave the car at their carpark accordingly after the check in and out hours. This is understandable but this is where the hotel lost some sense of touch here.

Very good service provided by the staff of the hotel. Sleeping robe, shaver, comb, tooth brush and tooth paste is provided free. There is a self-service laundry room, which costs 500Yen for 3 kg load, 2 hours. Hotel is very near to the Sannomiya train station and there are supermarkets, Daiso, restaurants, and a bowling centre just next door. Perfect for families. The room is very big and comes with 4 beds. Ample space to open 3 luggage bags and walk around. Love the hair dryer provided in the room!

Lokasinya bagus dan fasilitasnya juga luar biasa, serta stafnya juga hebat! Lokasi hotelnya sempurna, saya akan kembali lagi di masa mendatang. Kecuali kamar yang kami tempati dengan pemesanan kedua berada di lantai 19, di seberang area lift, dan pada malam hari terdengar suara bising, dentuman keras, terus menerus, dan staf memberi tahu kami bahwa itu adalah suara dari sistem pemanas di lantai atas. Suara itu cukup keras untuk membangunkan kami dari tidur nyenyak. Staf shift malam menyelesaikan masalah dengan memberi kami kamar baru untuk tidur, beberapa pintu di sebelahnya. Cukup tenang bagi kami untuk tertidur dan kembali ke kamar semula untuk mandi dan check out. Kemudian di pagi hari saat kami check out, staf hanya memasang wajah datar dan mengatakan maaf atas hal itu. Saya mengerti bahwa staf pagi tidak dapat berbuat apa-apa selain mengatakan maaf, tetapi itu bukan sikap pelayanan Jepang yang biasa saya alami. Terima kasih kepada petugas Watanabe karena telah membantu saya mengatasi pemesanan ganda dan memenuhi permintaan yang kami ajukan pada hari pertama. Pemandangan pelabuhan Kobe sangat menakjubkan, kami sangat menyukainya.

Hotel ini menawarkan nilai uang yang sangat baik. Anda dapat naik kereta bawah tanah langsung ke lantai empat dari Stasiun Shin-Kobe untuk mencapai lobi hotel, atau berjalan kaki dari Stasiun Sannomiya (sekitar 10 menit berjalan kaki). Staf resepsionis sangat ramah dan sebagian besar berbicara bahasa Inggris, yang melegakan mengingat ini adalah kota besar. Tidak seperti perjalanan saya terakhir ke Kagoshima, di mana hotel bintang lima terbesar tidak memiliki staf yang berbicara bahasa Inggris di resepsionis 😂. Hotel ini berada di sebelah Taman Herbal Fubuki, yang sangat saya rekomendasikan. Naik kereta gantung ke atas gunung dan berjalan kaki turun; pemandangan di sepanjang jalan turun sangat indah. Anda dapat melihat kereta gantung dari kamar, dan Kitano Ijinkan (Rumah Orang Asing Kitano) berada tepat di seberang jalan. Kamar hotel cukup besar dan tidak sempit sama sekali, meskipun agak tua, tetapi dibersihkan dengan sangat teliti setiap hari. Sarapannya sangat luar biasa. Meskipun pilihannya tidak banyak, kualitasnya luar biasa. Mereka memiliki sushi gulung tangan yang baru dibuat dengan empat rasa berbeda; Saya sangat merekomendasikan nomor 4 – rasanya luar biasa lezat! Buahnya juga sangat enak. Singkatnya, saya sangat merekomendasikan hotel ini di Kobe; harganya sangat sepadan dengan kualitasnya.

Great location, a short walk to central Kobe. Front desk service is great. Parking is only free for cars with low height. Can be slightly noisy since it's next to the railway, but a non-issue in general.

Saya naik speedboat langsung dari bandara ke Kobe dan menghabiskan dua hari di sana. Hotel bujet ini di atas rata-rata untuk tipe hotel bujet Jepang seperti ini, dan harganya tidak mahal untuk pemesanan mendadak di musim panas. Mungkin ini jarak terdekat dengan pintu keluar utama Stasiun JR Sannomiya, meskipun agak jauh dari stasiun kereta, dan menanjak. Sarapannya berupa menu tetap yang disediakan oleh Matsuya di lantai bawah, dan cukup enak.

Book a female dorm room for 4 people, but I was alone so have the room for myself. The bed is futon style, a thin foam and then the futon mattress itself. We get a new white sheet upon check in. There's a thin full body mirror, small rack for suitcases and personal belongings, but if you need to, there's also safe box near staff room. The female dorm room is on the 2nd floor, next to the shared kitchen so you can kinda hear other guests cooking or working on their laptop with the wifi. You can have your coffe, tea, cup ramen and even light cooking is allowed as they provided the pans, and also some seasonings. The sink and the toilet is next to it, hairdryers are available and the toilet has bidet seat. The shower room are on the b1f floor, which a little bit of hassle because you have to pass the staff room everytime. You can wash & dry you clothes too in the utility room next to it, but I dont know if they charge or not. Another kitchen and TV room is also here. Rental towels, bath robe, one time use shaver are also available. Over all a pleasant place if you only looking to for a place to sleep, and wash your self. It's 5 minutes walk from Oishi station. There's a small river near too which also a nice place for a small walk.
