Pretty dissapointing experience at this hotel. I am a frequent traveler around the world and did not experience something like this before ever. There was a big note in the bathroom which said please call front desk if you require complimentary toiletries. When i called the lady said its $2 for a toothpaste. I replied back saying your note in the bathroom says its free and she replied back saying โnot anymore โ

Only negative issue i had was the rude lady in the check in counter. I've been here many times and never had any issues but this time around was different. All other staff members were amazing like always.

The place was nice and we didnโt expect a lounge there. Breakfast was awesome. It was just the bed being too soft as both of us sunk in as if it folded like a taco. I would definitely stay here again minus the soft bed
