Worst location to stay at. Place smells like urine and feces

The staff were the worst I’ve ever dealt with. So I get there exhausted at 11 pm and when I ask to check in this unkempt guy tells me they are changing shifts and I would have to wait. So the guy and a gal talk about some money miscommunication or something. The guy leaves and says goodnight. So I ask the gal why she just doesn’t give us the key to the room. It would take 5 minutes and she could then finish whatever she was doing. She was counting coins. Her reply was that they are changing shift and she can’t help me until she’s done. I ask how long it will take and if I should come back later. Then another big mean looking dude tells me if I don’t like it to leave and go rent something else. I went to the car and my wife and I just left. I drove all night and we just forgot about sleeping. The area is not a good one. We felt unsafe and in danger of violence. Don’t go here. We never even got the room. Motels are a hospitality industry. The people were the most inhospitable people I have ever met.

Toilets just started randomly overflowing to the point that everyone it came from every room and was in the hall way. They were rude and indifferent about it. Room was filthy and didn't give full deposit back without explanation

Old hotel needs updating drastically. Ice machine not working, questionable people roaming around the property. Security lock not functioning. Nonsmoking room smelled like smoke.

This is an older property hotel. Did not have hot water the first night of my stay in my original room; Staff was very helpful in relocating me to another room that hot water - however the toilet commode was not securely fastened to the floor; there was a hole in the bathroom door, there was black mold along the caulking in the shower/tub area, no coffee makers in any of the room, and no stopper in the sink. The hotel did not offer a continental breakfast - only coffee.

When I arrived at the property, the staff seem less than interested in helping me get accommodated. Upon finally getting into my room, my television set did not have a remote, and upon looking for it I had discovered that there had been food, trash, and debris swept underneath the bed and old food, and Bones underneath the dresser. There was no hot water the entire time I stayed and I was told to fill a bucket and heat the water using the microwave.

I had a late check in. The lady that took my phone call that morning was super sweet, I believe her name was Kathy, and she went ahead and checked me in for our stay, but only stated she’d charge my card (which is totally fine!). When we arrived at 1030 pm, the lady at the front desk was very dismissive of me, laughed in my face and rolled her eyes when she couldn’t find my name for check in. I let her know I had talked to someone earlier that morning and she already charged my card for our stay since we would be late, and that we went through a third party website. I offered to give her the confirmation number, and the lady rolled her eyes and scoffed saying “we can try but I’m telling you you’re not in here”. Then proceeded to turn her incoming list around on her tablet to show me I wasn’t on there, scrolling on it and raising her voice saying I’m not in there, blaming me for her not being able to find my name, like I know how to do her job? She snapped the computer monitor around and lo and behold, my name was on there already checked in (which was unbeknownst to me), then she said “you could have just told me that” and laughed in my face again. I understand people have bad nights, but come on. If you don’t like working with the public then don’t.

Worst hotel I've ever been in. The check-in was horrendous hotel employee had a bad attitude when we got to the room there was no toilet paper in the room there was no clean towels in the room the air conditioner heater did not work horrible horrible experience I would never recommend this hotel to anyone

I’ve stayed here a few times and have always had a positive experience. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly. The rooms have a mini fridge and microwaves so you can easily and cheaply make some food. The beds are comfy. Highly recommend.
