My stay at The Charlee Hotel exceeded my expectations. Upon arrival, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff. The room was elegant and very clean. The amenities and restaurant were exceptional. I would very much return to this hotel on my next visit to Medellin.

Everything was perfect except that the noise from the gym in the morning was impossible to sleep. They start 5:30 am till like 10 nonstop noise and banging will not stay there again only for that reason

My stay at The Charlee Hotel was nothing short of incredible.
The staff went above and beyond to assist me with everything I needed, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience. The hotel's commi**ent to safety was outstanding, providing a sense of security throughout my stay.
Despite concerns about noise in the area, I found that once inside, the peaceful ambiance prevailed.
With all things considered, the Hotel gets a 5 star for me. But the icing on the cake was The Concierge, Yuliana, she was a true gem who proactively reached out to me as soon as I booked the Hotel on *******. Her exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail truly set this hotel apart. From arranging airport shuttles to curating tours and recommending restaurants, Yuliana anticipated my every need. If you appreciate efficiency and top-notch service, this hotel is a must-visit. I can't recommend it highly enough!
We will surely be back to Medellin Colombia and there is no doubt we will be staying at The Charlee!!!

We stayed for a night. Hotel is nice. Next to LLeras Park. Staff was helpful and friendly. Hotel has underground parking lot that was free for us. There are lots of bars and restaurants around which was a bit noisy, but after 11:00 - 11:30 was very quiet. Provenza street is just a block away.

Overall a great property. Great location and they do have a great solution to stopping the outside noise. Despite having rooms available showing on ******* to book, we were denied the upgrade that claims as available for VIP. They did offer 80.000 cop food and beverage, however it was not specified that it was only in the restaurant and we were charged for the non alcoholic minibar purchases we made. It may seem small, but so many hotels in this area are similar priced with similar amenities, so these perceived perks do sometimes become the factor between two or three hotel selections.

The property was beautiful and in the middle of the park. Very walkable. Front desk was friendly and security so helpful. They will actually walk you to close places to show you the way

Awesome hotel in a great location. Wish the pool stayed open later, but I understand they need to flip it to a night club quickly.
Best breakfast I've had in Columbia.
My friend and I stayed in the Penthouse for 4 nights which was just below the gym that had a spin class that blasted EDM at 7:30 AM.
I stayed for another night on the 9th floor and that was much quieter.
The staff was incredibly accommodating.
Would highly recommend.
