Had an issue with a staff member invading my privacy whilst I was in bed. Hotel managers view is it perfectly normal and to expect ed. Slept with a chair behind the door. Second, it took half an hour to confirm the room fee; it wasn't confirmed until the platform contacted the hotel that payment was confirmed. There was only one towel and one bath towel provided. The air conditioner was very noisy."

"The location of the hotel is perfect. There are 2 malls, a pharmacy, a starbucks, a restaurant on a walking distance, so a lot to do. Regarding the hotel itself, the staff is very pleasant, really friendly. The service they give is excellent, always with a smile on their faces and very attentive. For example, the staff that made us breakfast, Mr. Juan Jose, made us feel at home. The front desk staff, the house keeping ..... you name it. In a few words, this hotel was the best option for us and the service was excellent."
