This place is a haven of peace where nature is king. The warm welcome and outstanding service make you feel right at home from the very start. The entire team was enthusiastic and always ready to go the extra mile to make sure our experience was unforgettable. From the bush dinner to the fishing lesson, from the bike hire to the picnic basket, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Tomjachu for rounding off our trip to South Africa in your inimitable style!

If you are looking for that quick getaway to rejuvenate, revitalise and just refresh, yet still wanting the comforts of home. Then I cannot thank Sandy and Ross enough. The service is beyond excellent, the place is beautiful and offers you all the comforts of home whilst indulging in the beautiful surroundings of nature. I would say Perfect, absolutely Perfect.

Very professional and making their guests feeling welcome and relaxed. Rooms were very clean and of high quality. Breakfast was amazing (loved the freshly baked muffins) and the service was very professional. Will recommend the place to anyone.

We had such an amazing stay in Rock House, was just myself and my hubby and we enjoyed every second of our stay. They go over and above. Made us feel very special. The unit is amazing and the layout fantastic. To wake up every morning with that wonderful view was an absolute plus!! The main house offers so much and are so well kept. We LOVED our stay and will go back again and again!

Just back from the most incredible stay at Tomjachu! We stayed with friends in the Valbon Villa and couldn’t have asked for more! The views are incredible and the wildlife just mesmerising! We enjoyed a fantastic 5 star meal at the lodge one evening and the bush dinner was another highlight. We went on several game drives and the guides were so knowledgable and couldn’t do enough to help with our children (3years and 18 months) they loved it! All of the staff couldn’t have done anymore for us and made us feel right at home. Just the most incredible holiday and memories for a lifetime. Thank you so much We hope to see you aging The Harold Smiths 😊

This is an amazing place. Everything is very well maintained. The service is fantastic, all staff is very friendly and helpful. The cottage was great and the view, wow, wow! In the morning the zebra's where on our terrace and when we were hiking we saw a lot of other animals. The food in the restaurant was also great. We will be back!

Tomjachu is one of the most special places I have visited! Whether you want to relax on the stoep and take in the incredible scenery and birdlife or go and explore the property through hikes or fishing - the property caters for it all! The staff were also super friendly!

Tomjachu Bush Restreat is just beautiful!! We stayed in the Valbonne Villa, what a lovely house, every detail in the house is special and the view is stunning!! All the Staff were so friendly and helpful! And the walks in the bush were heart warming!! When back in South Africa, Nelspruit, we will definitely be back for another visit!! :)

We were met with warmth from the reception to our cottage. The bush cottage was beyond what we imagined. Each morning we had a special visit from a zebra family. As a shy family of 4, the private pool and braai area were exactly what we needed to unwind. The space was very cozy. I would highly recommend a stay at this property to anyone looking for a reset or breather from the buzz of the city. It was truly a breath of fresh air right at the top of the mountain.
