Rude behavior noticed from the security staff near entrance  with local guest, this was informed to reception staff

房間很大，但是衞生一般，客房服務更是一般，訂的雙床房結果給了一張大床房和一個臨時小童床。攜程也是非常差，協調4天都沒協調好。該酒店所屬海域也是很差的一帶，海水渾濁，海灘也不乾淨！！關鍵在該酒店過聖誕節還被強制消費315刀！！

性價比不匹配價格

Just returned from 12 nights at the Radisson Blu Azuri and it exceeded our expectations. Firstly the service from every single member of staff is exceptional. The hotel grounds are well kept, rooms spacious and clean and facilities are excellent. We used the gym, tennis and all of the water sports on offer, the beach isn’t crystal clear but still fine to swim with great views or take the boat to the platform for perfect snorkelling. We managed to eat at all of the restaurants (Black Rock, Cafe Gioia twice and Nines). The buffet restaurant had great variety and catered well for our 2 kids and the Easter spread was a welcomed surprise. Pool table and sky sports at the black rock was appreciated by our son. Credit system for the 3 restaurants worked well and we only paid an additional £40 over the course of the 12 days for the 5 visits. We also did various activities (beach volley, football and fishing to name a few) and visited the market which the hotel put on a free shuttle bus twice a week. A lovely area / complex and we would certainly return.

We had a nice stay. The plus points are: 1. Thanks to Sheetal. We received a warm welcome and were upgraded to a suite with pool and were offered late check-out. 2. The swimming pool near the restaurant is nice and the one in the gym is even better 3. All staff are kind and helpful. Special thanks to the Mr. who usually refills the mini bar who accepted to remove all the alcoholic drinks from the minibar despite our request was refused on the previous day. Staffs at le Comptoir offered a good service too. 4. The suite including the bathroom is super spacious and my son did not want to get out of the pool. 5. The buffet restaurant is not that big but you do have a choice for everyone. Points for improvement: 1. The staff should take out the luggage from the guests’ car as we were asked to remive ours. I think this is the bare minimum for a hotel. 2. The kids club is quite small and not many variety of activities.

4 Star is about right for this resort . The hotel is very nice. Food is great and the pools are nice , we had a lovely room very clean and modern. If you are a beach lover this is not the place for you. The beach here is nice but nowhere close to some of the exceptional beaches on the island. We hired a car which was very cheap to explore. The food was very good but I would say that some of the so called Alicarte resturants are questionable. The Italian is not a very good setting and the food wasn't to good . The golf club house was nice food and the general buffet was excellent each day and night. The staff were great all round they were very kind and helpful to my family. We had a great time here , thanks to all the staff

The resort is beautiful and has breathtaking views. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I would like to specially mention Mr. Vinay and Ramesh. They were super friendly amd helpful. Food was good. We are veg so they had several options for it. Highly highly recommended.

I would like to give 5 stars to Radisson Blu Azuri team. Over all our 7 days experience was excellent. Location is perfect if you are looking for a getaway for the hussel and bussel of the city life. The lunch and dinner buffets had a wide range of varieties. They often had live music in the evenings. All our concerns and smallest requirements were looked after. They had some amazing water activities at the boat club like kayaking, snorkeling, glass bottom boat ride etc. A special thank you to the following staff who made our stay a memorable one. Was impressed with the resort. We had a beach villa with a small pool. Very private and luxurious inside and out. Resort staff were very good. Special mention to Aman and Lobin at the Nines restaurant. Very good guys - you were the best. The food at all of the resort restaurants was very good. Good choice, good service. Only issue for me was the main bar. Service was sometimes a little slow and drink orders occasionally went awry.

Lovely hotel great staff. Food was good and plentiful. Grounds and rooms immaculate. Beach was clean and well kept. When we were there it was not too busy. Couple of bits to be aware of. Beach is very shallow and not to clear. Snorkeling trip infrequent and we missed it due to the flag system on the first day we were told no Snorkeling as orange flag. The flag did not change to green we looked in the morning. Went up for something else to find there was 1 Snorkeling trip a day which were all fully booked. Morale of the story don't go by the flag colours check. No attached dive operation I went to the lux to dive as we had a hire car.

Had a wonderful stay experience at Radisson Blu Azuri! The location is perfect and the staff were exceptional. We really appreciated Vinay and Victor for the service. ❤️ They even accommodated for a birthday cake request upon check in (plus a little goodie surprise ) We were in absolute awe with the room, the view; the activities were actually worth the package; and drinks you can ask for custom made cocktails depending on your preference. Totally worth the experience

We were actually very sad to leave this place after experiencing a week of paradise. From the moment we arrived, we were just blown away by the hospitality and helpfulness by all the staff. From the little things to making my birthday so special, it was an experience of a lifetime. Some of the highlights of our stay were definitely the beach. All the activities the hotel has to offer. The rooms are so quiet and so clean. And of course, the food! This place has our hearts and we hope to come back very soon! Thank you to all the staff member for making our stay unforgettable.

A group of 4 friends (2 x couples) have just returned from a fantastic week vacation at Radisson azuri. Previously we've stayed at the Radisson Poste Lafayette 3 times but thought we'd try the azuri. The weather was amazing around 31c each day and practically no rain. The staff on the whole were very helpful and friendly. We'd like to thank Shakira on reception especially as she sorted out a room upgrade as it was one of our parties birthday and a cake, sparkling wine etc. She also contacted us during our stay to check all was fine. Thanks Shakira. The azuri has several restaurants and the hotel buffet which was very good. Each evening they have a different cuisine, Italian, Mauritian of course and so on, all very good. Our favourite restaurant was the Italian La Giola. The food and staff are amazing! We ate here several times and everything including the wonderful cakes were amazing. The Black rock restaurant was a little disorganised and the food was ok but still nice for lunch. One thing that really made the azuri special for us was the brilliant gym and the classes! A special thanks to the instructors Steevan and Alex. They took several of the GRIT and Functional circuit classes which were great, thanks guys. More air conditioning would be welcome in the studio as it was so hot! We also used the tennis courts which were included in our all inclusive package. Great courts but best played late afternoon. One thing that let's the azuri down slightly is the water around the hotel. The reef is further out so you can't swim on the reef unlike the poste lafayette where the reef is directly by the hotel. The water around the azuri are warm of course but murky. Another thing is the small island in front of the hotel where we kayaked to. The island is full of rubbish with lots of plastic bottles and rubbish. Come on guys once a week get some staff to clear it up. Overall a fantastic week's stay. We'd certainly return and would recommend both hotels.

First thing the staff are brilliant, Victor, Innes and Joshua to name a few. The hotel is brilliant, starting with reception and porters on arrival to the cleaners and restaurant bar staff. The room was very clean but we paid for an ocean view which 1416 is partial view. We had unpacked so did not take up the offer to move rooms, so they sent up canapés and sparkling wine with a complimentary candlelit dinner at the golf club. Italian restaurant is first class along with the golf club, black rock the steak was tough. The main restaurant has plenty of choice and the two ladies on the egg station on breakfast are first class. Looking at previous negatives, there are 50 sun beds round the pool with more round the sand area along with the beach. The sea is not clear due to the river but go further out it is and the rack the seaweed up every day.
